Go see Long, he does stellar work. He always listens to what I want and makes sure I leave happy with nice nails. He doesn’t cut out your cuticles or over file nail beds. He’s proficient at longer nail styles too. I won’t see anyone but him. He’s my go to nail guru.if you’re not happy with something he will readily listen to ensure you get what you want.

I’ve never written a review before but after my experience today I had to.

I booked a gel fill and my nails look worse leaving than when I went in. My nail beds are destroyed from the nail filer. No attempt was made to clean up the beds even after I started bleeding at one point. It was almost like the man doing my nails had never done nails in his life. Throughout the process I had to ask for multiple corrections (file them down more so they’re not as thick, ensure the shape is even, etc.) I could only imagine what they would look like if I hadn’t been vocal throughout the whole process. They tried to give me a free hand cream to rectify the situation, instead of offering a discount which they should have done. I paid $101 dollars for these nails....

I firmly believe all of the reviews below are fake given many were posted within the same day and there are only reviews from the past few months despite the business being open for years. All of the photos on their website and Instagram page are from an NPLK Nail & Spa in Ottawa, not from this location. Save your hard earned money and go elsewhere.

The place is also dirty.

No matter what they respond to this review with, the photos don’t lie. THESE PHOTOS WERE TAKEN ON THE WAY HOME MINUTES AFTER LEAVING.

I immediately called and went to Muskoka Nails in Huntsville to have them fixed. They were absolutely appalled at the state of my nails/beds but did a fantastic job for 70% of the cost.

I have been getting my nails done here since 2019 and even during covid shutdown Kim was selling her own creations and at home press on nails kits. I LOVE coming here, it’s always a relaxing atmosphere and great service and friendly people. Special shout out to Kim, who takes great pride in her work and always does amazing work.

I have been coming to get my nails done here on and off for several years. Kim always does a great job. She takes her time and doesn't rush people in and out as fast as possible, which I really like. Tons of colours to choose from, she's also good at marble and ombre and all the hottest trends.
