This is the second time I’ve had a problem with this liquor store. They better stop hiring 19 year olds that have no clue tried saying that I couldn’t have my liquor because she went and asked me for an ID when I’m 40 years old. I said no because usually they’d ask you for your air miles because I’m not even close to 19 years old. I had a problem another time at that store with a girl doing the same thing very rude. No wonder people are mean to you. I was very nice to us so I can’t have my leg. The guy came out. He gave me my liquor thank goodness because I ain’t got time for this bs That makes no sense thank you to the manager for giving me my liquor and sending me on my way and not costing me more time and money and ruining my day completely again probably just being jealous. tried saying I was drinking that’s insane. Obviously she’s never been around somebody that’s been drinking. Higher older people, please that know how to treat a customer Instead of acting like a power trip for no reason.please and thank you.

I’ve never been asked for my ID before even touching anything in a store. Lady was hid behind the wine and YELLED over for my ID, I didn’t know she was talking to me as I was literally going to the weed section….. TO SHOW MY ID TO BUY PRODUCT. I found this rude, and my well visited NSLC’s do not harass at the entrance like this. I was taken aback and wont be shopping at this location liquor store anymore 🙁
Edited to add…. The Joe Howe store approaches much kinder, asking if theres anything they can help you find, and I have never been profiled like that in any other store!!!!

Good selection and very helpful staff. in fact, the personnel there will actively approach you to see if they can help you with a selection. wow, a business where you don't have to hunt down a sales person and you actually feel like a valued customer.

I love the fact that you can actually discuss selections because the management take the time to ensure that their employees are knowledgeable and experienced with the products and even recommend pairings.

Cannabis is dry and not fresh. Lacking on potency and taste for the most part. To buy good stuff the prices are astronomical. Local dealers and dispensaries have way better stuff for a far more reasonable price in my opinion. Just a matter of time before dispensaries start popping back up with better prices and product.

7 months pregnant, went to the store with my boyfriend since he was going and i was bored, didn't take my purse, certainly over 19 years old, didn't think i would need it since I'm pregnant and certainly didn't intend on buying anything, no one said anything while we looked around, got to the cash and a older women with light brown hair asked for both of our ids, i said i wasn't buying anything and she rudely said "well you got to get out" i didn't put up a fight and left, so i had to stand outside while my boyfriend paid, i was mortified. Id understand completely if i wasn't pregnant and i was asked to leave while shopping but at the cash while my boyfriend was paying, it was very embarrassing and I've never had someone be so rude in my life.

Great place for present hunting, as I don't drink very friendly staff, help's me find the sparkling water's and vodkas as well as rum, it's where you can find all the needed drinking supplies bottled wise, also it's the usual present that brings smoles all around whatever the occasion.

Very poorly stocked. The business is more medical than recreational. No real product line showing, everything is hidden in closed drawers. They show you a notebook with the product listed in the book. CERTAINLY not going back.

On the Cannibis side..... Garbage. Cant see or smell any product. No real knowledge.
Bought 3.5g . Got 3.4 always got more at a dispensary.
And because i couldnt see it. I didnt know that it is so dry i can crumble it with my fingers.
Stick to the black market for better prices, better products and better service and it supports local.
