I went here for the first time and will be going back again for sure. Ness, the owner of the spa, did an amazing job on my acrylic nails with shellac. I came in with grown out nails that had a lot of damage to them and she was highly meticulous in repairing them. I appreciated that she was very helpful in choosing suitable colours and gems. You can tell that she has a passion for creating beautiful nail art. The spa itself is very pretty, it's very large, but in a good way, it has really nice dimmed lighting, relaxing music, a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. It is very clean and they have a huge selection of polish colours and nail gems/accessories. This is probably the best nail application I've ever had! I highly recommend this spa to anyone.

I been going to Nu U Nails & Spa for about 6 years now and my experience has always been fantastic!! The staff are always welcoming, during my visits I always feel relaxed. The shop is full of jokes, good music and good vibes that keeps you wanting to come back for more.

First thing I noticed when I stepped in was that the place smells great. Everyone was respectful and friendly. I had a few services done. Loved, my nails, pedi, and facial. Nes and the other ladies are very knowledgeable. I was educated on what my current condition is, what is recommended and how to take care of my nails and skin after my appointment. I really want to gatekeep, but I won't. I absolutely recommend Nu U for nails, laser treatment, facials, lashes. I will do an update with my face results later.

This overall experience is fantastic! - I booked myself a gentleman's mani and pedi. I couldn't have asked for more from Amanda. The entire experience was fun, easy and relaxing. This was my second appointment here and I added additional services this time around. The time and effort put into my services were really appreciated and it shows based on the result of the work. I had an amazing time and I will definitely be booking again!

The nail spa is clean with a beautiful ambiance, it smells lovely without that unbearable strong chemical scent. It definitely has a relaxing atmosphere to indulge in after a long day.

My only complaint was my nails didn’t turn out the way I wanted them to. The particular style and the set was completely off which was upsetting as I had an event to attend a few hours later. The manager tried to fix the errors but resorted to booking a new appointment on her own time. She was flexible and accommodating and removed as well as provided a semi manicure for my troubles. I respect the fact that this is a black own establishment and she didn’t give me a hard time but immediately corrected the technician in the areas she needs to improve and didn’t charge me for the service which is not heard of really without attitude and argument. NES i respect your work and establishment because you value and respect your clients. NES your service is superb and the honesty, insightfulness and kindness goes a long way as a professional. Most importantly my nail bed was well cared for she didn’t rush nor give me a hard time.

I would recommend this place even though my previous outcome was not what I desired. The fact that they handled it well, a removal that didn’t damage my nails and I walked out with a semi manicure made my day.

I went to Nu U nails &Spa on Tuesday June 10th at 10am to do a pedicure with Leasha. This was my first time at this salon and I have to say the salon is sooo beautiful, I love how professional the owner Nes and Leasha was. The salon is sooo beautiful clean and organized, Leasha is so nice and easy to talk to she made sure my pedicure was done with care. I love how the pedicure station was clean. Cleanliness is so important when it comes to going into a salon. I was just very impressed on how professional she was and did my pedicure at a timely manner. I will definitely be back soon and I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs a pedicure, nails done or even to do laser. I just love how they offer a lot of other services . I finally visited Nu U for a pedicure and it was hands down a great experience. Sheliya did an amazing job and took her time on me. Most places try to get you in and out quickly and in the process do a rush job. I believe I finally found the place that really gives care and attention!

What a wonderful experience I had at Nu U! Nes and Sheleyah were golden💜 The ambience of the salon was so relaxing, with decor reflecting the pride of culture and the richness of the diaspora. Fantastic! The service was one for the books. Laser - Nes put me at ease explaining the process and it was minimal quick sting/bites in a couple areas. She was welcoming, friendly, funny and gentle.
