Air climatisé très bruyant. En plus, bruit de moteur aux vingt minutes durant toute la nuit, faisant vibrer les murs.

The location of the Ocean Marina Hotel is fantastic, right by the water with beautiful views. The room was comfortable, and the amenities were satisfactory, including free Wi-Fi and parking. The only drawback was the slow elevator during peak times, which was a minor inconvenience. Staff members were helpful and provided good recommendations for local attractions. Overall, it’s a solid choice for a stay in Port Alberni.

I live in Port Alberni and eat at the restaurant Bucksnorts that is located in the building which is great, but a bunch of these 5 star reviews are fake. They talk about roof top pools that do not exist or spa services that do not exist or ocean views that do not exist or close to beach access that also does not exist. It is probably closer to a maybe 2 start hotel at best.

I had an amazing stay at Ocean Marina Hotel in Port Alberni! The rooms were spotless, the beds were super comfortable, and the view of the marina was breathtaking. The staff was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of fresh options. If you're visiting Port Alberni, this hotel is a must-stay! I will definitely be coming back.

For starters, the staff was rarely available. The TV in my room straight up didn’t turn on. The water pressure was extremely high and there was no hot water. There was a dead spider on the floor of my shower. The walls were stained with who knows what. The smell of my room was that of a museum (not in a good way). I found a rotten orange behind the TV. The view out my window was a chain link fence with some smashed cars. The microwave didn’t work as well as the coffee machine. This is the only hotel that I know of that still uses physical keys and not key cards. Even a rundown motel would probably have key cards. There was a plentiful amount of dirt under my mattress and the bedsheets themselves had a very “funky” smell. By 10:30 the staff were completely unavailable. The window was right beside a pathway with flimsy glass that wouldn’t be hard to break thought and enter the room. The floors were creaking all over and so were the doors. Overall a terrible hotel and I don’t recommend you ever come here unless it’s your last option.

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience at Ocean Marina Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome. The rooms were pristine, and the amenities were excellent, especially the spa services. The hotel’s proximity to the beach made it easy to enjoy the ocean every day. I’ll be back for sure!

Was a over all ok stay however the front entrance way almost made me go stay elsewhere, service was good fair happy staff and good maintenance crew very polite glad I changed my mind and stayed after all....but would really boost business if the first appearance was cleaner and nicer....honest looks a little run down and under loved

I would NOT recommend this place to anyone! This has been such an awful experience staying in this hotel from the minute we walked in. The entire build stinks of a combination of sour milk, stale old cigarettes, and cat piss.
This was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in
When we arrived in our room I discovered our toilet seat in the bathroom had poo stuck to the toilet seat. There are silver fish crawling on the ground in the hallways and in the rooms.
I would never recommend anyone stay here
The noise level from the other people staying here was so loud I barely managed to go to sleep and then only slept for an hour.
This is such a trashy hotel if I could give it negative stars for how dirty and gross it was I would.
