Treated like a princess tag team manicure/pedicure 😍, clean, kind, hard worker women here. Pedicure water temperature was amazing,other salons it's always just warm.

I had shellac polish removed by a women at Ocean Nails and she left severe dents on my nail beds from filing too deep. Upon my return from travelling I brought this to their attention the very next time I was in their area and the response was pathetic. Basically 'oops, sorry'. Not so much as a gift certificate was offered as I did not advise them before I went out of country. If they did this to a diabetic it would result in serious health concerns. BEWARE, physically dangerous.

Absolutely terrible experience today. went for a pedicure and manicure, did my manicure but they left me sitting for 25 min and I did not receive my pedicure at all…. My friend did not have the best service either , the person who did her nails did not understand her or what she wanted at all, just not happy with this nail place , will be finding a new nail salon A.S.A.P.

Decided to come here one day after having a bad experience at another salon, added benefit being that it was closer to home. From the second I stepped in the staff were so friendly. I feel welcome and comfortable there. They always put customer service first in my experience, taking the time to make sure that the customer is happy with the work they’re doing. First time I went there I wanted this silver metallic strip on my nails, the nail tech was putting so much effort into making sure it was done properly since the material wasn’t being very easy to work with. They spent so much time painstakingly placing it down and others also came around to make sure everything was okay with me and the nails (I think my tech was in training?). Regardless, she did an amazing job and actively communicated with me throughout the process making sure I was happy. And when I ruined my nails the day after (i had used a loofah glove in the shower which scraped at the nails) and the shiny material had begun to barely peel off, they fixed it no charge, and those nails lasted over a month. They also remember their customers after just one visit- and over a month apart- which is a nice detail and in my personal opinion quite impressive, shows that they care and put the same amount of effort into each customer. Overall the best salon I’ve been to yet, absolutely nothing bad to say! Give these guys a shot! I always see people enjoying their time here 🙂

went for a full set acrylic shellac, was unhappy with the outcome, painful process that left my cuticles cut and bleeding. The gems cost extra and within 2 days they’re falling off and one is not centered.

They cut my daughter they didn’t do the lines straight a few fingers were not the same and didn’t want to give her a discount NEVER AGAIN
