This business owner is so very helpful and accommodating. Every time we have an issue with our aging hot tub, we go in and get our pump, circuit unit board fixed for very reasonable prices. I would recommend to anyone that has a hot tub and needs parts/service. The best service!

We have a large hot tub and called everywhere trying to get a replacement cover. We couldn't find anything, and World of Spas said they couldn't get on until April, if at all. We were told about Olue and to give them a try. Well, I am BEYOND impressed with the quality, price and timeliness that they were able to get our custom lid made. He even had to order custom foam inserts because we have such an odd-sized hot tub. We are extremely satisfied and to be honest, this cover fits better than the one that came with the hot tub and feels like WAY better quality. I definitely recommend letting Olue Care Essentials take care of your hot tub cover needs, they are awesome!

Wow - if you are looking for hot tub parts, supplies, accessories, or advice, this is hands down the place to go. And if you need a new cover for your hot tub, look no further. You know it’s good when other hot tub supply shops send you here. I needed a new cover for our 12 ft swim spa and Priyan (owner) went above and beyond. Very receptive to making modifications to the original design to improve both form and function. Our new cover is miles better than the old one. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be back.

What an outstanding company to deal with. Priyan was amazing and truly is there to help the customer get what they need and not push things that are not needed. He saved me from buying a new pump that Beachcomber indicated that it would need to be replaced and we had it up and running within an hour. I have never received customer service this good. The owner is very intelligent and specialized in his products. It’s not only a parts store; the owner goes above and beyond by giving you advice on how to fix any issues you’re having. It saved me thousands to go to this store and ask advice on how to do my fixes myself than having to call in a guy.

Very helpful and knowledgable for hot tub parts new or old! I called other hot tub stores and they were snotty to me if I didn’t buy the hot tub through them, or it was an older model. Olue Care is now my go to for hot tub help!

If you are looking for a place for hot tub parts, supplies, and/or advice, look no further. I started from scratch to repair my hot tub which turned out to be quite the challenge. Priyan, the owner, took the time to walk me through what would be involved before I began the project. I needed to replace, drains, jets, valves, rebuild pumps, new control panel with heater, and new blower. They had all the parts and supplies that I required, rebuilt the pumps at the store, and combined with his excellent advice and great prices, the project was completed quickly and within my budget. I cannot say enough great things about my experience there and highly recommend them to anyone!!
