For anyone who wants to come in this place , hoping to be treated valued regardless of whatever you were having done… Don’t bother. Just walked in as I am passing through for an emergency business dinner that has come up. My nails didn’t look as well as I was hoping, so I went in hoping to just get a color change Or at least clear because my nails weren’t looking the greatest. Instead I got a bit of an attitude and someone who really didn’t want to do the job. Then left my nails looking crappie even for clear! My displeasure was pretty obvious, I offered to pay, But realizing the job they did was not good, they gave it to me free. Still not happy!

Went for a pedicure on Saturday Jan 21st. They were quick to fit me in which was great, and the girl who did my service was also very kind! The salon was clean, and a friendly environment! However, after the appointment my feet still felt rough, and now 5 days later (Jan 26th) my gel polish is already peeling off! I found the service was expensive for what was involved (no sugar scrub, and only a very quick massage) it was around $60. My regular place back home is about $50, and includes a detox soak, sugar scrub, hot stone and foot/leg massage for comparison. The salon was good, however my service was disappointing. Hoping I just caught them on a day where they were rushed.

I want to give the girls the benefit of the doubt here. Someone called in or had to leave for whichever reason. The girls where swamped and Overwhelmed. I just don’t think it was handled in the best situation. I got there about 5 mins before my appt, I waited for about 20-30 mins. Then she started on my nails. She was honest about the colour I chose and Stated it wouldn’t work for tips, Because of the cat eyes, which I fully appreciated her telling me. So I picked a different colour. Purple with a black line to match my dress, there is a noticeable gap between the colours. I’m also not 100% sure if she was to but she didn’t push back my cuticles or clean up my nails, just cut and file, also didn’t appear to get a very good clean from the lady before me. Next was my pedicure, she just put the polish on my toes, no cleaning of my feet. No soak. Just the polish. 105$ later. I understand they don’t want to turn business away, however maybe not taking walk ins or calling and seeing if someone would reschedule. This was my first time with them, and I don’t think I would go back, once again I fully understand the pressure these girls where under, but I think it could have been handled better.

I got a set of acrylic nails. I came in with a reference photo and she did an amazing job replicating it. I’m so picky about the shape of my nails and she did such a good job at making sure they were all matching and the EXACT shape I showed her in the photo. I’ll 100% be returning:)

I had Li do my nails this afternoon and she did an amazing job, exactly what I wanted, was not rough at any point, made conversation with me and was super cheap!! Also cleaned everything she used on me right away! Very satisfied and will definitely be going back!!

Went in to One's Nails today to see if they could fix one of my nails that the shellac was damaged. They were able to get me in right away and not only that, they didn't charge me. Thank you so much!! Will definitely be back!!

Lee (Li) is amazing her Gel nails are perfect and she is fast. She has only done my pedicure once as she usually too busy doing hands. I have had many pedicures over the years by many different girls and I have always had exceptional service.

I love ones Nails, I had both a pedicure and manicure with full set of gel nails done. They are fast and friendly. Dont expect great conversation but that is OK with me I can just go and relax as these ladies get the job done with perfection. I have always had trouble with gel nails sticking to my nail, but when I get them done at one's they are perfect for weeks. Highly recommend this buisness
