Popped in yesterday with my partner as we are moving into the area, and we wanted to understand what a membership price would cost at the orc as well as take a quick tour of the facility…the front desk associate couldn’t tell us what the price of an annual membership cost, had no literature for what membership included, and then tried to get a sales associate named Jen to answer our question and Jen came up to us RUDELY and said “i don’t have time” and walked away. We left moments later with nothing but her business card…to have such LOW EQ to even bother giving her card after that awkward and disrespectful experience is really embarrassing on behalf of this club. I have never experienced a more stuck up and disrespectful person in my life. If this is your front line staff I can’t imagine how awful the customer/member care must be. We were interested in joining but not now.

Easy to reserve courts for sports, the coaches are very kind and thoughtful. The cORCscrew restaurant was very tasty. Although it was expensive, the portions are very massive.

We joined the family membership and waiting to become tennis member's (20 months) long time but seems worth the wait. The one concern is the non inclusiveness for teens with special needs. We hoped our 15 year old son would be able to join social sport activities and make friends but the leadership coaches are teens themselves and are not trained nor have the empathy to support a class. I experienced this first hand today and removed our son from basketball. No one should be ignored but these are life lessons that will help our son grow stronger as he develops into an amazing young man. We are going to try joining him in individual (one on one) sport activity and im confident he will find his lane. We have truly enjoyed the restaurant and pasta Wednesdays has become our special day of the week.

Great club, staff are amazing. Lots of different classes are available, everything from yoga or aquatics and even line dancing. So glad I joined. I've made lots of good friends. Great place for seniors. Chef is fantastic, best food in the area.

We joined the ORC in July and the experience has been an excellent one thus far! All facilities and activities have been first rate; I've enjoyed playing tennis, my 5 year old daughter loves the pool and her swimming lessons. However, I must say there are two individuals who truly personify the excellence of the club - Kyle & Chloe. Both are extremely passionate about their jobs and truly care, always making sure the member is satisfied. The food is excellent and the overall dining experience is always a pleasurable one; this section of the club is a well oiled machine! A big shout out to chefs behind the scenes as well, thanks for all the great meals 🙂

There are no membership fees available on their website. The alleged reason of providing details over the phone or in person "to get to know us" is just not good enough. It's 2024 and transparency is critical.

Took my daughter to a squash tournament. The facility was well equipped. Lots of squash and tennis courts. Good experience overall.

So happy we joined. Respectfully family friendly, nice community feeling, very nice and clean. (Although they need more day lockers). Classes aren't packed, coaches are approachable and you don't feel "sold". My favourite place to go.
