Just had incredible massage here- a combination of Thai and hot oil. Really just incredibly relaxing experience and amazing stretching- I feel like a new woman! I wish I could remember her name- she was really nice and sweet and excellent at getting rid of my tense muscle knots and finding tense areas. I felt very taken care of, a great feeling when you have several aches and pains. But they are gone now!!!😃 I very highly recommend!

The best Thai massage I’ve ever got in my entire life! It was my first time here and I’ll come back for sure. I had severe neck pain and my massage therapist really hit exactly the hurting spots until the pain went away. I felt like a new person going out of this amazing place. The atmosphere is very authentic, relaxing and really helps you take all your stress away. I highly recommend it!

I wanted to share some honest feedback about my visit today. I came in really looking forward to a restorative experience, but unfortunately I left feeling physically unwell and emotionally unsettled.

The paraffin foot treatment was extremely hot—painfully so—and I had to ask for it to be stopped. The massage itself also didn’t feel very skilled; the masseuse seemed inexperienced, and the technique left me feeling more tense than relaxed. On top of that, I was cold throughout the session, which made it hard to feel comfortable or cared for.

Altogether, the experience felt more destabilizing than healing. I left feeling nauseous, cold, and disappointed—really the opposite of what I’d hoped for.

I’m not writing this to complain for the sake of it, but to let you know the treatment fell short in ways that really affected me. I hope this helps inform your training and guest experience moving forward.

I’ve gotten a massage from here twice and both were great experience. Really great massages. This last one, I told the person massaging me that my main concern was neck and shoulders and she reaaaalllyyyy worked my neck and shoulders, absolutely try it out. Thai massage is also just a bit different than regular massage bc it focuses on like flexibility so you’ll get stretched out a little bit too. All in all service is great, massage quality is great, and the inside is really homey.

I cannot believe this is the first review I've posted for Organic Thai Spa because I have been consistently going here for over a decade now. Not to mention, I send all my friends here.
This spa offers the best massage in Vancouver by far and I have tried several different places. They offer a variety of services that are well priced and given by such lovely and skilled staff.
I took advantage of the May promotion of an hour massage and a thirty minute facial reduced down to $130. I had the pleasure of receiving a relaxing and effective full body massage from Channy. I asked her to spend more time on my sore arm and she worked wonders on my injury. The facial was the highlight as I had not gone for one here before. Best facial of my life!!!! The products smelt and felt amazing. My face is absolutely glowing. Thank you Channy for making me feel so comfy in my body and happy in my soul.
Mother's Day is coming up this Sunday. What a great way to spoil your mom with a gift certificate to Organic Thai Spa.

My husband and I just visited as a birthday treat for me. I'm not a fan of massages normally but it was outstanding. So relaxing and just the perfect pressure for me. Next time I'm in BC I will be back for sure.

I came here recently. Didnt book anyone specific. I just walked up to the shop late in the day and the reception gave me an older asian lady. I forget the name now. I think starts with K. First negative, the lady didnt know how to massage well and the second big negative is she reeked of alcohol! Which is probably why the massaged sucked. Im not sure if the owner allows this or not but this is totally unacceptable..

I’ve been here many times now. The place is very easy to find, just around the corner of the intersection. Free parking might not be that easy to find as it is near residential area, but pay parking is always available at a fair rate. I’ve done both Traditional Thai Massage and Thai Hot Oil Massage, and I did most of my sessions with Channy. She is very professional and would always ask for pressure and pain spot during massage. The price is fair in Vancouver. I would usually add a 15% tip on top of the price as I’m very happy with my massage here. The experience is also quite similar to what I had in Thailand during Christmas, so I would definitely recommend anyone who wants a Thai massage experience or just general massage to go to this spot!
