Great selection of gluten free breads and baked treats. Also their muffins coffee was pretty good. A must try place for people who have gluten sensitivity. Their Spinach feta and chocolate ganache cakes are delicious. Tea and coffee selection is decent as well with dairy alternatives

For the location, caliber of surrounding businesses, the condos, I think this place has a lot of potential but I was really underwhelmed.

It was clean, and the service was pleasant but shelves behind the till were bare, the snacks available we're partially stocked, there were glasses available for water but no water to be found, the breakfast sandwich was OK but I really had to sit through it to finish it.

I was really excited by making this my go to work/read spot away from home but it was just so underwhelming.

Came in for a cappuccino and a spinach galette. The coffee was burnt and only filled 1/2 way. The gallete was overwhelmingly lemony, and I couldn’t finish it. I’ve been here before and the service was much better and the coffee was better as well. One staff member in particular could be heard cussing loudly as they conversed with the rest of the staff from the register into the kitchen. They were kind during interactions with customers but overall this cafe is not as nice as it has been in the past. Bummer.

It is so lovely to be in a place where we can eat EVERYTHING on the menu!! We enjoyed a breakfast bacon quiche, a brioche with Parmesan and spinach (great flavour), a breakfast panini and a berry muffin.
The bread used for the panini had amazing flavour and texture so we grabbed a loaf to take home.
We are sorry not to live here but will definitely put it on our ‘must visit’ list for when we return!
We were also DELIGHTED to be asked to show our vaccine passports so we could sit and eat. Keep up the great work!

Wonderful little cafe. Amazing selection of sandwiches, cupcakes, pie, cookies, bread and more! I feel safe eating the food here. One of my favourite spots to sit and write. The staff here were much kinder compared to the one in downtown Victoria.
My only suggestion would be to add iced coffee, for us iced coffee lovers!

They have sandwiches, pastries and of course coffee.
Dairy-free items are available. Gluten-free items are their speciality.

I was looking forward to visiting this bakery, many people have told us to go visit. The cookies were delicious, but I thought the bread was quite heavy. It is hard to make gluten free bread, but I didn’t think this place was very special. But very, very helpful staff and delicious coffee!
