this is the best nail salon in orillia!!!!! I have been going to this salon for the last year and I would recommend them to anyone looking to get their nails done! all of the staff are very friendly and professional, it is clean and tidy and I am always impressed with the quality of their work! Susan always does a fantastic job, she is fast, thorough and patient and always makes sure I am 100% happy with my nails! 10/10 will always go back to this salon!

I was in today for a pedicure. The friendliness of this Nail Spa is amazing. Today, Tony was my spa guy. He was friendly and did an awesome job. This establishment is very clean and everyone is friendly and remembers you on your next visit. My friend had Summer and she went above and beyond to make us have a truly wonderful experience on our day out. I would recommend this place.

Wow! What a treat! I recently had a moisturizing pedicure at this nail salon, and I'm already looking forward to my next visit. Booking online was a breeze, and sinking into their massaging chairs was pure bliss. I was so impressed by their high cleanliness standards – particularly their use of a brand new plastic liner for my pedicure bowl, which really put my mind at ease. (I haven’t seen this in the other nails salons I’ve frequented in Orillia.)
The price was fantastic too! For just $50 (including taxes and tip!) I received a wonderful moisturizing pedicure. My nail technician, Tony, was so kind and friendly, and he did an amazing job. Plus, their selection of nail polish and shellac colours is HUGE – you're sure to find exactly what you're looking for.
To top it all off, they even have a loyalty stamp card for repeat customers. If you're looking for efficient service, a relaxing atmosphere, and great value, this is the place to go! I will definitely be returning for another pedicure soon!

Susan is the BEST, hands down. I’ve tried a variety of spas to have my nails done and no one comes close to her attention to detail and the quality of work she does. I get bio-gel over my natural nails, and they always look so natural and perfect. Highly recommend!!

The owner is who I typically go to and I love the quality of work she always provides me with. I highly recommend using Susan for your nail sets, and Helen for your pedicures. They are both always fast, efficient and put a lot of care and detail into their work.

Recently I had a set of nails done I was unhappy with and she reached out and fixed them for me urgently and I am in love with my new set. The salon has always been clean and visually appealing over the past year or so I’ve visited and they have a good variety of services.

This was my third time coming to Orillia nail spa. The first two times were great, the staff did a fantastic job doing my nails, although I did notice they chipped off faster than other salons I’ve visited. My last session there was very rushed and my nails were done very poorly. They are very very thick, all different lengths and have air bubbles. I was trying to trust the process but they turned out horribly and I won’t be visiting here again. Very disappointed that I wasted my money.

Fantastic experience! Very friendly and welcoming. Got a very good pedicure. Sadly, I ruined my pedicure as soon as I walked out of the salon and did not have time to fix it right away. I went back the next day and they fixed it right away. Thank you!
