I’m so thankful for Sharon! I’ve been doing my laser sessions with her, and she is always very kind and caring. She always checks how I’m feeling and makes sure I’m not in too much pain. She really tries to make me feel comfortable.
One time, I didn’t know that Sharon only works on Tuesdays, so I booked with someone else. Sadly, that session was not good. That technician finished everything in just a few minutes. She didn’t ask how I was doing or explain anything, and I felt really uncomfortable.
Since then, I always book with Sharon. I even told my friend about her, and now my friend also only goes to Sharon!

I’m so thankful for Dr. Kwok, he’s incredibly patient, always provides clear explanations, and truly prioritizes his patients over business. When I requested more filler, he responsibly advised against it to maintain a natural look, which shows his integrity and expertise. His work with Botox and lip fillers enhances your beauty while keeping everything natural, so you never have to worry about looking overdone, just a more fabulous version of yourself! No one will notice, except to say you look amazing. I’ve been to different places before, but he is truly exceptional, I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Shivawn is also amazing, she’s beautiful inside and out, always welcoming, helpful, and patient. I truly appreciate the entire team!

I paid for Botox on my forehead at this clinic, but the doctor at this clinic doesn't know how to estimate the amount of Botox needed to get the expected result. The clinic asked me for photos of my forehead after two weeks and rescheduled a new appointment. I went back to the clinic and the same doctor wanted to charge me more to redo his terrible work. I don't recommend this clinic to anyone.

Just saw their reply and quite impressed with the lies they are able to post here. I never asked for a free treatment, but I paid for a service that I didn’t see results and after two weeks, I reached out to you
with pictures to show no improvement, that’s why you asked me to come back and repair. This seems a scan, gives you a price first then forcing you come back to spend more.

Best team ! Me and mum had the Fotona facial treatment and woke up the next day and saw results instantly. It was quick and the technician took brakes and went as high intensity or low as we were comfortable with. Had no redness at all after and the next day. Very friendly and experienced team!
