Surprisingly clean quiet and freshly renovated single truck no trailer friendly and the owner was very polite and accommodating speaks English well and the place is kid friendly I am impressed for saying it's not a brand Hotel it's holds it's own . I will definitely recommend and most likely stay here again

I can't say anything bad about this place. They owner is helpful, and accommodating. You're not staying at a 5 star hotel, it's very basic to what you're getting but the price you can't beat for what you get. Rooms are small, and the bed could be a bit more comfortable but this is the place to stay if you're marooned in Sarnia and don't have a large budget.

I stayed here overnight to break up a long drive, and got in late. I had spoken to the gentleman (owner maybe?) to let him know when I would be there - when I arrived I was checked in right away and he was so friendly and courteous. The room was spotless, the bed and pillows so comfortable! It was quiet, the curtains did an excellent job of blocking out the light, and the heater maintained the perfect temperature (and gave the perfect amount of light white noise to help me sleep). The water pressure was great. The bathroom was such an odd shape though, but I think they did it that way to give more space in the main area, which I appreciate. I'm very happy I chose to stay here and won't hesitate to come back on my next long drive.

I had a great experience staying at the Palace Inn. In the current economic climate, finding an affordable hotel can be challenging, but this place is more than reasonably priced.

The staff, especially the person I interacted with, was kind-hearted, welcoming, and genuinely pleasant to talk to. It’s rare to come across that level of care and warmth in the hospitality industry, and it really made the stay feel personal.

The rooms are small yet cozy, offering a space that feels comfortable and well-maintained. It’s clear they put effort into keeping everything clean and in good shape.

If you're looking for a place that’s affordable, clean, and run by people who care about their guests, I’d definitely recommend Palace Inn.

I don't personally think they have the accommodations for a large family, but I believe that a single traveler or a couple would be more than taken care of here.

I was ripped off staying here heater didn't work in winter they charged me 300 for 2 nights refused to give me 100$ deposit back I paid cash. The man was very ignorant about me asking for my deposit back. I was cold sll night just to get ripped off. I would go to Willie's before here again that says alot..I wouldn't stay at Willie's...

I almost don’t want to leave this review because I want to keep this place to myself. It doesn’t look like much and it is very bare bones, but it is clean and the owner takes great care of the place. He is very attentive and accesible and makes sure that your stay is pleasant. I travel a lot and I don’t normally stay in motels, so I was very wary. I am glad that I took a chance on this place. I care about cleanliness above all else and that is what sold me on this place. It is clean and quiet. I have stayed here on separate occasions and I will be back again.
