My husband works away from home so when he came home last minute the salon was able to squeeze me in for a full highlight and cut while he stayed with kids. I appreciated the effort made by the receptionist to find space for me. I added an Olaplex treatment that Sarah recommended at the appointment . From what I gather Sarah is newer to the team and still learning. She was very friendly and professional and checked in with a senior stylist to ensure she was executing the highlights well. Overall the cut is nice and the highlights are well distributed. Once home I did wish the underside showed a bit more blonde when pulled back which is something I will communicate next time. I would say that the only thing that prevented me from giving a 5 star is that when I left the back side of my head still felt damp. However as time went on and it still wasn’t dry it was evident there was still product of some kind that wasn’t fully washed out, leaving the crown of my head feeling greasy. The only way for me to corrected this was I to have a shower to wash it out. This was disappointing only because it’s always nice to leave the salon with a fresh head of hair that you don’t have to wash right away. All and all though it a good job by Sarah.

My sister and I had a spa day for her incoming birthday at Palazzo today. We have an amazing service with Jasmine and Nicole for facial, massage, manicure and pedicure. We can thank you, ladies, enough for these hours of relaxation. We feel that you go above and beyond to deliver this outstanding service!

My 11 yr had a tinker bell package done here yesterday, pedi/mani, wash and style hair. All the ladies were very nice and professional, she was very happy with the nails and hair.

Never been here before but very clean, naturalist looking salon, very modern and well kept. Would recommend and make an appointment for myself.

I recently took my elderly mother here for a massage with nicole and had the most wonderful experience. Nicole was so accommodating and kind to my mom who uses a walker. My mom was so happy with her massage. She was just blown away and it was so good to see the smile on her face. I am so thankful for nicole and the whole Palazzo staff.
