It's really frustrating they still don't accept debit or credit card like it's still the 80's or something. When I get by eyebrows done they don't have a designated spa area, so they have you sit on the hair wash chairs. When I got my nails done (gel/acrylic extensions) they fell off in week. The lady who did my hair did a great job, would see her again.

I went to get a full head of highlights and a haircut on Thursday. My hair stylist gave me a set of curls, and on Saturday I took a shower and realized how bad my haircut was. With the part my hairstylist gave me my hair was off by a few inches. I had to run to the city to get it cut. I paid $75 just to get my hair fixed. I paid $200 at Pampered and Polished and an extra $75 to fix their work. While getting my hair fixed they showed me how bad of highlights Pampered and Polished gave me. They told me to contact the Owner, which I did, and she ignored my message. I don’t like to post reviews, but I don’t want this happening to anyone else.

Got my spring fever on today!! Crystal did my hair and Donna did my nails. The staff is extremely friendly and do fantastic work!! Definitely lives up to their name!!

I had the pleasure of my first visit to Pampered and Polished for a manicure and a full set of nails/manicure. Fabio was fabulous! And Alicia was so kind and welcoming and followed up to make sure I was satisfied with my experience! My nails are beautiful and the pampering was magnificent! I recently went to Pampered and Polished and had a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The nail techs were highly skilled and paid a great attention to detail. They took the time to understand my preferences and create helpful suggestions. This salon has a wide range of services available to costumers. They took their time and I left with a stunning end result on my nails. Overall I had a great experience at Pampered and Polish and will continue to return and suggest it to others due to the fantastic costumer service and more.

I have been going to Pampered and Polished for many years and I would recommend this place in a heart beat! Alicia is always knowledgeable when it comes to my mani and pedicure, she makes you feel so special and helps you relax! I have just started going to Olivia for my hair and she is awesome! She always listens to me and gives me new ideas for my hair! All the girls there are friendly and makes you leave feeling refreshed and relaxed! Can’t wait for my next appointment!

Broke a nail bad mid-shift. Courier in a new area so I Googled a salon and this place was perfect for parking.
They fixed me up right away and sent me on my way to continue delivering packages.
Super nice people, nice setup and if I have the chance Ill be back for sure!!
