We’ve had takeout from here before, but this is our first time dining in. We had a reservation for 10 people and came today for an early dinner. I’m glad we chose this place tonight. Not only is the restaurant clean, but the service is also amazing. All the staff were friendly and attentive, and the food was just as fantastic as always. My son is usually picky, but he loved his pasta, which says a lot! We’ll definitely be ordering from here more often from now on.

I had an amazing experience at Pasta Polo!
The meal started with their complimentary house-made bread and garlic oil — so fresh and addictive. The minestrone soup was hearty and comforting, perfect to kick off the meal.
For my main course, I had the Baked Chicken Parmigiana served with creamy Fettuccine Alfredo. They even grated fresh parmesan and cracked pepper right onto the dish at the table, which added such a nice personal touch!
I also tried the Spinaci Pollo brick oven pizza — the crust was light and crispy, and the toppings were so flavorful.
The crème brûlée dessert was the perfect finish: crisp, caramelized top with a silky smooth inside.
The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, with both indoor seating and a beautiful sunlit patio. They also have a private dining/party room which is a great option for special events.
Service was friendly and attentive throughout.
Definitely a great spot if you’re looking for fresh pasta, authentic Italian flavors, and a relaxed dining vibe near Coquitlam Central.

Different experience with different types of pastas! Apparently their chefs was a award winner for their pasta!

If you’re in Coquitlam or Port Moody and haven’t been to Pasta Polo & Brick Oven Pizza, you’re seriously missing out! Just a short stroll from the SkyTrain, this place is a hidden gem that serves up Italian comfort food with a side of charm.

From the moment you walk in, the cozy and romantic ambiance makes you feel like you’ve stepped into a little trattoria in Italy. Whether you’re on a date, celebrating with friends, or dining solo, the friendly staff treat you like family.

We started with their house-made bread dipped in garlic oil—so good it should be illegal. The Caesar salad was crisp and flavorful, and the mocktails? Bellissimo!

For the main course, the Baked Chicken Parmesan was perfectly cooked, and the Carnivora Pizza was a meat lover’s dream come true. And just when we thought we couldn’t eat more, the mango-topped cheesecake arrived and proved us wrong.

Pasta Polo is the kind of place that makes you want to become a regular. Delicious food, fresh ingredients, and a welcoming atmosphere—what more could you ask for?

Visiting family in Coquitlam, we decided to try Pasta Polo for lunch. Lots of parking available. Menu is fairly large with lots options to choose from. We went with some appetizers to share and each ordered a pasta afterwards. Shared appetizers were the Caprese Salad and the Mussels. Both were excellent and everyone enjoyed the mussels so much that we got another 2 orders. A couple of the pastas that I got to try were the Bolangese and the Lasgna and both I would recommend. We went for lunch and it was steady by 1pm. Service was top notch and food was delicious. While leaving I noticed that they do take out specials and it's 20% off take out orders. Would recommend this Italian restaurant and definitely return next time I'm visiting family again.

Owners are great, the food and service reflect their pride in hospitality and culinary arts.

Truly blessed to have this place to be the consistent rock in my life since 2015.

Now it is 2025 and the place has modernized their menu, services, and atmosphere.

Lots of great memories here with family, business, and self soothing during difficult times.

I hope to continuously come here and report back in 2035 🥰

Don’t come here often, but the pasta is always good. Pizza can be a bit crispier. Friendly service. Not cheap, but where can you dine cheap nowadays.
