Most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed in my entire life! The manager Sherwin is difficult, and un willing to help with anything! All the people who work at the front desk are rude and make you feel like you bugging them and an inconvenience to their day!,
The cleaning staff are great they do the best with what they are provided! I would not recommend anyone stay here!

Room had to be changed as first one was in rough shape. Last Room chair seat was not attached and I fell off. Window seal hanging off. Tried to get ahold of manager

My crew and I stayed there for almost 2 weeks . We ate at the pub a smittys quite a bit. Slowly but surely we all become very very ill with flu symptoms. Upon checkout they informed us that their entire staff has been sick for a month. Needless to say we will not be staying there again.

The room was filthy and stank. There was significant damage to wallpaper and walls. The heat was stuck on full blast for the duration of my stay and the solution from the hotel manager was to turn teh AC on to counteract it. I will never stay there again.

Room had old curtains that couldn't keep out the bright outside lights so the room was lit up all night. Tiny pillows on the beds.

A good, budget friendly hotel with an English-ish pub built in. Smitty's is built in and they provided a $10-off breakfast voucher which I didn't know about, so it was a nice surprise. The place was clean. Definitely not fancy and the TV in my room was maybe a 29" flat screen, but if you don't care about that, I'd say it's a good place to go.

Update: 2nd visit. There were only three cars in the parking lot including mine. They put one at one end of the hotel and me at the other (a good start). Instead of number 3 in the middle, they were put directly above me. I had to leave at 6:30 AM, those above me rolled in drunk and partying at 3:00 AM. What the hell were they thinking on these room assignments? Now, I'd say avoid as they just don't think things through. Plus, there's a train that runs right behind it which is also less than great.

If I had the ability to leave no stars I would! The experience from their customer service is unheard of! Accommodation's were not bad. Fits the price! However the faucets in the bath would not turn off. We informed the front desk, and received another room. In the morning, while my husband was resting after working a long 12 hour night shift in -36 degree weather he was disturbed by the hotel calling him 3x. The manager told him he need to leave the hotel because he broke the faucets. The plumber came and notified the front desk that they were faulty faucets and no ones concern. So was this not on him... The manager agreed to the issue and all communication is via text and recorded. Another night goes by and he receives a text from the owner telling him to pack his things and leave the hotel. Aside from sleeping, he was out of his room for another 16hours overnight. When asked why? The owner (Alen who is a french man) said again he broke the faucets and now refused to pay! When the prior night ne prepaid for another week in another room. By this time I he decided to pack up after having enough of this treatment. When I called the wonder to discuss the situation as a concerned patron, he refused to discuss with me and told me to take it up with the BBB or whoever we wanted and that he didn't care and hung up the phone. TERRIBLE SERVICE AND TREATMENT- by management!
