L’hôtel est vraiment magnifique! Elle se situe près des restaurants, boutiques, arrêt d’autobus, super marché et de la navette pour se rendre aux stations de ski. Les activités telles hot prings Banff et lake Louise sont accessibles vraiment très facilement. Nous avons été accueilli très chaleureusement! Un énorme merci à Gabrielle et à Nick pour leur excellent service et le délicieux chocolat chaud ❤️! Je retournerais dans cet hôtel sans hésiter!

Cet hôtel est du rapport qualité/prix EXCELLENT!
• Personnel très gentil et disponible.
• Navette vers les 3 montagnes disponibles à la porte.
• Au cœur de la très belle ville de Banff.

Nous avons réservé un junior studio, 2 lit queen, limited view et c’était parfait ||La chambre était spacieuse et surtout nous avions une cuisinette alors il nous a été possible de faire nos déjeuner et nos sandwich à la chambre afin de partir tôt pour les excursions 🙂 la chambre de bain était super aussi mais manquait un peu d’eau chaude dans la douche à mon goût 😂🤷🏽‍♀️ ||Un emplacement de choix pour pouvoir se déplacer à pied dans le village de Banff 💕 le seul bémol est que les commodité comme la salle de sport n’étaient pas accessibles à l’hôtel en face comme supposé du au covid mais bon avec toutes les randonnées que nous avons fait c’était pas vraiment nécessaire je crois bien 😂||

Au centre de Banff, très beau, propre, personnel compétents et aimables. La piscine, spa, salle de conditionnement et restaurant sont accessibles avec l’hôtel en face.

We stayed two nights here during our winter getaway because we wanted to experience the downtown Banff vibe. The other two nights we stayed at the Fairmont, which was lovely, but completely different type of expectations. The location was incredibly convenient to walk around in the evening to take in the shops and restaurants. This hotel feels new. The room we had was a loft, with a nice view of the mountains, though not as good a view as staying on the edge of the town. Our room was very modern with a small kitchenette, a very nice bathroom, and a living room area. We ate breakfast both mornings across the street, and the food was very good, they had both buffet and a la cart options, and we tried both. ||I can't say enough good things about the staff. There was a bit of a mix up with a new food promotion we took advantage of, and the staff were very quick to rectify it. ||We didn't take advantage of the pool across the street, but we did notice some folks walking across in their bathrobes and slippers. ||I wouldn't hesitate to stay here for the convenient location, the comfortable rooms, and the views.

I can't believe this hotel is rated three stars. It's at least a four-star hotel. We rented the Queen suite which was outstanding. In addition to being clean, the facilities were large and comfortable. We also stayed at the chateau Fairmont Lake Louise. In all honesty, I wish we had spent our entire time at the peaks and merely visited the Fairmont. Great price, fantastic parking and wonderful facilities. There's not much more you could ask for.
