Excellent burger et fish taco

This simple clam burger with about 7 clams, a bit of mayo and lettuce on a little hamburger bun, set me back a whopping $17 after taxes. And not a fry was added to this There is no excuse for that! Not only would it be nothing for them to throw a little handful of fries under that burger, it would be the respectful thing to do. This is a special spot that has been frequented by the surrounding communities for decades, for the nostalgia, and of course for the food and ice cream. For your exorbitant prices, please give your patrons what they deserve - a measly amount of fries with each burger that won't set you back one bit!

Great food and ice cream. You can tell by the number of people that stop there. Had small fries and son had cheese burger and fries. Very good size portions. Price was reasonable. Was soo tasty. No inside dining. Lots of room to park and a good amount of picnic tables to eat at. I go at least once a season.

2025. Seem to be understaffed this year. Waited 10 mins for my order to be taken, and 1 was second in line. The young lady behind the counter looked disinterested. I felt sorry for her scooping ice cream, taking orders as well as bagging, and delivering orders to the pick-up window. Was only 7 mins for order ready, but other people waited a lot longer.

We liked the food. It's made by someone, like, with their hands. It's whole fried pieces of chicken, a hand formed burger patty. Generous portions.
There's a massive ice cream menu... but be sure to check the window for what's actually available. The list shows a bounty, but they might only have 5.
The fish and chips are huge. The cones are huge. Lots of good things.... but the service was slow, especially since it was pouring and we were the only ones there. We waited like 30 minutes.
I also wouldn't necessarily call the staff kid friendly. .. and it's an ice cream shop. 🤷🏼‍♂️

Fish from the Fish & Chips was absolutely amazing - very delicious. Wished a bit more for the fries but it’s fine because I was blown away by the fish. Large portion sizes. Ice cream milkshake. Chicken tenders were very good as well. Will be back!

Lovely outdoor takeout spot, I was there for 2 milkshakes and a small cone and paid 18$ a bit pricy for what we got. Milkshakes didn’t taste as sweet as the last time. Friendly staff though

Regret the stop unfortunately. They ran out of bread for our grilled cheese but we waited 20 mins for that news. 25 mins later we got our hamburger bun grilled cheeses and fish.

I ordered clams and chips, I got 7 the most foul smelling overcooked clams with Mcains straight cut fries, we also ordered the double bacon burger and poutine which wasn’t as bad as the clam platter. We’ve been going here for years but this will be the last time, they have really dropped the ball at this place, also the staff was extremely rude.
