Such a groovy indie vibe here. Very Boho...tasty eats, quality ingredients, fresh and prepared well. Warm staff. Busy cafe'. Decent prices, delicious espresso. Very clean, quick turnaround.
Lots of free parking too.
Also turns into a indie like/ coffeehouse music venue in the evening ? Sorta reminds me of the "Press Club" off Granville back in the day.
Also reminds me of a place called "Tivoli's" in Delta.
A unique venue for sure.
Good food, cafeteria style, doesn't break the bank either.
U should.go... a gr8 experience, an even better vibe.Come hungry.

Nice little cafe to hang out, enjoy the coffee and the art pieces on the wall. Good selection of coffee, generally fast and friendly service. The food (sandwiches and pastries) are pretty standard.

Located by South Surrey in White Rock is this nice little coffee shop. Serves a nice Cappuccino, in space that is cozy. They have a selection of the regular food items the people behind counter are very friendly and engaging I would go back Ample free parking as it’s a strip mall it does appear to start filling up around 9:00am as the regulars come in

Pelican Rouge has that rare mix of great coffee and good vibes. My americano misto was spot on—smooth, balanced, and topped with a heart in the crema that kicked off my day with a smile.
There’s a real community feel here, locals chatting over breakfast, friendly staff, and local art on the walls.

Very welcoming cafe, nice atmosphere with interesting wall art. Staff are super nice, a bit slow when busy, sometimes run out of certain menu items.
Open mic nite most Saturdays (call ahead to check) lots of fun & good music.

It's a good place to get a coffee the service was ok the staff seemed a bit clicky the lady at the till could be a little bit friendlier, came yesterday evening to get a coffee and they had open Mike night got to chat with a few locals which seemed friendly, even though the people seemed friendly there was a bit of a clicky unfriendly vibe to the place and I wouldn't recommend it if single or not the same age ad the majority of the crowd but still a good spot for locals to mingle and meet others in the community if you're in that age demographic there's better places

It’s a great cafe and a hidden gem. I love the atmosphere and heartwarming feelings from the place. I have a good time anytime I’m here. The special drinks are well made and taste good. I come here to do my art work and I really enjoy spending time here. The local paintings and creative projects art exhibiting on the wall are lovely and inspiring.

Very cute café. Great for people watching and a surprising delight to find in-house made baked goods. They looked amazing, but tasted just pretty good.
