Pemberton is the Moab of Canada - but so much chiller. Thanks in part to this shop. They have everything you need with fair pricing, stock, and selection. Definitely worth leaving Whistler for the short drive to Pemberton - for the trails and the PBC

I got a mid-ride mechanical while riding the sea to sky trail. The mechanics at Bike Co were able to take my bike in on the spot, and quickly replaced my snapped shifter cable. I also had some pretty severe cable rub, and they placed some thick tape over the impacted area, which showed care and attention to detail. Thank you for getting me on the road again 🙂

Cracked my Devinci frame and these guys along with Stef the local Devinci rep totally saved my trip setting me up with a warranty replacement within 2 days---yes 2 days!! Devinci didnt have my size frame but Stef had a new unused full bike and he let me swap all my bits over onto this bike . Thankyou again a million times for making this work.

Complete Ripp off.... Came in to get service done.. Guy kept ignoring me when i asked how much will this cost me... Had to ask 3 times no answer.. Eventually I left thinking cane be more than 2-300. Come back a few hours later to be told it will cost x3,... I guess what you expect in this area..they are sharks

Came off whistler with a broken carbon rim, called 3 shops on the hill and 3 more shops in Squamish with no availability for 3-4 days. Called Bike Co where they fixed me up in 90 min. with parts they had in stock. Amazing service. Saved a bike trip.

The rudest service I have ever had; asked one simple question of a mechanic and could not believe the response. I hope someone opens a competing shop, would easily carve out a huge slice of this business. I hope others have a better experience because I will never go back or recommend to anyone.
