Penny's Pantry sells quality dry goods and excellent prepared foods. I enjoy the zingers as a quick snack. The black garlic is excellent.

Friendly and helpful service. There is a decent assortment of dry goods available for purchase. Ingredients and quality are top notch. I ended up purchasing several different products here which were well enjoyed.

The gf bread is by far a leader of gf breads in Ontario. Both the taste and texture are unrivaled. Which is saying something because every ingredient is nutritious. The owner/baker says it is ready for toasting and receiving savory or sweet toppings. But I was so hungry, I defrosted a slice in the sunshine as I walked away and was amazed by the deliciousness even cold. PEC you are so lucky. P.s. for outside the county but inside Ontario, Little Stream near Perth gf bread comes second for me. But not a close second.

Home-baked frozen breads, soups and more, along with bulk and mostly organic items, makes this a super useful shop especially to anyone with special dietary needs such as gluten-free or low sugar diets. But it's good for anyone else too, right? There's even sweets/candies and trail mix 😀 and a super helpful owner who can often order goods in.

Right now (2021) you have to 'phone your order, or email it, and it's brought to the door for you when you arrive.

Small but cute place. The smell of spices and food that had recently been prepared was wonderful. We found ingredients we have a hard time finding in a big city. The lady is also extremely nice and welcoming. If we weren't so far, we would go every week. The salad we bought was also very good!

It’s a joy to go Penny’s! She’s got the goods and it’s excellent to have access to the bulk products and cooked goods that she creates. Not easy to try and live a zero waste lifestyle but with businesses and lovely people like Penny one can get closer to eating healthy and helping the environment. Thank you Penny!
