I worked with Rosemarie for four months after a back injury, and I honestly couldn't have asked for a better physio. She’s kind, caring, and really listens, which made such a difference during my recovery. I always felt supported and never rushed or dismissed. I'm really grateful for her help and would recommend her to anyone.

I see several therapists of different kinds and my time with Rosemarie has been among the most effective in mobility and pain management. She clearly cares a lot about what she’s doing and I’ve gained a lot in only 4 appointments. Look forward to working with her more !

After an injury on the ice, Kate was able to get me back in the net! Extremely gifted in her field. She explained everything so well from the start in words I could understand. Absolute professional in her field. I have had 3 shutouts since returning to hockey.

I just had an excellent treatment with Dainis Viskers. As a therapist of over 20 years myself I'm admittedly a bit of a massage snob and I'm always happy when I find somebody with a skillet like Dainis. He's been doing it for a long time, is very well educated, and has a real variety in his tool kit which makes him capable of dealing with different needs/scenarios while at the same time keeping the treatment as interesting as it is effective. Thanks for the help, care, and awesome treatment!

I had two appointments with Jamie, and unfortunately, both experiences left much to be desired.
1. **First Appointment:**
- Jamie arrived 15 minutes late for my 30minute appointment without offering any apology.
- During the session, he appeared scattered and lacked organization.
- While he provided instructions for the exercises, he did not specify the necessary frequency for each exercise.
- There were no written instructions given for me to refer to afterwards.
2. **Second Appointment:**
- Jamie was 10 minutes late, but this time he did offer an apology.
- However, he still seemed scattered and repeated the same questions and assessments from the first appointment, which felt redundant.
While I can see that Jamie is well-educated in his field, he lacks the necessary customer service skills and a patient -centred approach that are crucial for providing a supportive and effective therapeutic experience. Overall, I left both appointments feeling frustrated and without clear guidance. I hope Jamie can improve in these areas moving forward.

I've left reviews before... I think... Wonderful staff and an exceptional physiotherapist slash Chiro...slash healer...Jamie rocks... Best I've ever had. Please don't shy away from needling. It's fixed things that many could not.

Perseverance is a rock in our community. A place I know I can always go to find incredible support with physical recovery and rehab from top to bottom. I always look forward to seeing Anja. Alongside her knowledge I simply appreciate her warmth and kind nature.

Kate was amazing! She took the time to get to the root cause of my postural and pelvic dysfunction. Strenght training will come later, first we have to fix what's wrong, which is different from any other physiotherapist or chiropractor that I've seen in the past.
