I cannot say enough good things about my appointment with Megan. I booked in for her new service - scalp massage therapy and it was incredible! The appointment includes a scalp massage followed by a wash AND style. The whole experience was very relaxing! This was my first treatment with Megan and not only is she lovely, she is also so warm and inviting it was as if I'd known her forever. I would highly recommend not only the scalp massage therapy but also any service Megan offers. I left feeling not only completely relaxed but also beautiful.

We booked an appointment at this salon as a birthday gift for my girlfriend. She went in with clear instructions and reference photos for the exact look she wanted. Unfortunately, the result was nowhere near what she had asked for.

After the appointment, my girlfriend reached out to the stylist to express her concern. The stylist admitted in writing that she chose not to follow the requested style because she thought she wouldn’t like it. She didn’t consult my girlfriend beforehand in regards to the stylists change in plans or get her approval to make that change—it was done entirely without consent.

To make matters worse, the stylist then offered to redo it—but only if we paid for the cost of the product, despite acknowledging that she had intentionally disregarded the original request. Had it been a situation where she didn't like what she requested; I could understand the additional charges, but when the stylist flat out states she disregarded all requests and did what she "felt" the client wanted leaves much to be desired. This was incredibly disappointing, especially since this was meant to be a thoughtful birthday gift, and it left my girlfriend in tears.

This experience showed a clear lack of professionalism and respect for the client’s wishes. When a stylist chooses to ignore a request and then charges more to correct it, it reflects poorly on both the individual and the business. I hope the salon reconsiders how situations like this are handled going forward. Clients deserve transparency, consent, and accountability.

I had been going to this salon for YEARS, saw a stylist there regularly, went tanning there, went to their events, donated multiple items to their Christmas family tree. My usual stylist left, and I went to Megan. My first appointment there she decided to do what she wanted because she was worried I wouldn’t like what I asked for. No problem, she set me up a new appointment. I went in and she fixed it. I LOVED IT. booked another appointment for my birthday, and once again Megan did what she wanted because she was worried I wouldn’t like it. I lost confidence she had the ability to do what I asked for since this is the second time she has disregarded what I wanted but I still asked her to fix it, since it was for my birthday and I had a trip planned and didn’t want to feel ugly in every photo. Megan told me I would have to pay for the product to have it fixed. After I already paid for the service and she didn’t even do what I asked for! Unfortunate ending to my time supporting this salon. It’s unfortunate because the owner is lovely, she tried to help the situation but Megan was unwilling to correct her mistake and fix the issue she created.
Megan even admitting to not doing what I asked for in messages with her after the fact. Fortunately for me, I found another local stylist who is WONDERFUL, and is willing to work with me to fix all the problems caused here.

Megan’s new head massage therapy was the most amazing experience! It was so cozy, comfortable, and relaxing. She topped off the experience with a nice tea and curled my hair beautifully. Definitely will be coming again!!

Just had the most relaxing scalp treatment done with Megan ! If you haven’t booked this for yourself then you absolutely should! The room is dark and cozy and decorated with absolute bliss! Megan is a delight ! I will be booking this new treatment monthly !!!
