I called at 11:15am and got a nail appointment for the same day at 3pm. The service was fast and so friendly! I even got a bottle of hand lotion as a thank you. My nails exceeded my expectations!

All the staff are so very friendly and always have a smile for you. They do fantastic nails and art work and do their very best to what you want.

I got acrylics done here today and honestly they were very poorly done. The nail was uneven and bumpy and extra thick. The shape was again, uneven, I had asked for oval and it was more so almond and even when I tried to let them know it wasn’t quite right they gave a quick file which really didn’t do anything. Also the colour itself was blotchy and came out looking streaky (photo didn’t quite catch it). They cut my cuticle which happens but that along with the rest of experience made me realize I wanted to leave rather then give them a chance to fix it. All in all a very poor experience.

I have been going to the Phoenix to get my nails done for over 5 years now and I love it, it is always a happy place to be and I meet new people or ones that I haven't seen in forever (I talk a lot tho),,,all the technicians are good at what they do, a few don't speak English very well but they are always smiling and do their best. I hate - detest my toes done but Leigh gets me thru it every time as I squirm and shake. My only complaint is how many Netflix series I have had to start because she had them on the tv in the shop haha. Great Dorchester Business to visit, you won't be disappointed.

Great! Had a lovely girl. Just wish time was provided time for my feet and hands to soak in water before the pedi and mani. My cuticles are really tough and feet dry. Also wish foot bath jets were on and water was hotter (hand water wasn’t warm at all).
