I have been seeing Carl for a few months now. He has very good massage ethics. He listens to my concerns massaging with the intensity I need for my older body. He has been able to ease my tense body and help it relax. Plus a great sense of humour and it a very relaxed person as well.
I would highly recommend him.

I highly recommend Carl for deep tissue massage. I recently started seeing him after my regular therapist moved away. His website is easy to use, he schedule is accommodating, he location is relaxing, he has direct billing and he is an excellent massage therapist. He also cares about our community and just donated generously to my son's hockey tournament (Sylvan Lake Minor Hockey U11 tournament 2023). Carl is amazing! He’s been massaging me for Over 5 years and I always leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. His pressure is on point and he senses the perfect amount of conversation depending on the day, if you just want to zone out or if you want to chat during the appointment! I'm looking for a massage therapy because of my sinusitis, back and shoulder pain that I'm suffering for weeks already when I found Phox Recovery Massage Therapy here in Google while searching and luckily book for an earliest appointment with Carl. And I'm very much thankful with him because when I wake up in the following morning after the therapy no more headache due to my sinusitis though I still feel a little bit of pain at my back but the therapy he gaves really helps maybe my back still need more session.
