Up to date hockey area with 2 rinks, a swimming pool, a gymnasium and community rooms. There's a canteen.

This is such an under-utilized facility. Great staff, clean, nice arenas and pools. Gym looks nice and there's a fitness studio with newer machines for working out on.

Prices are high, but if the facility runs on user fees as opposed to taxes, that's appropriate.

I've been swimming in the pool when it's sunny out and having the sun shine down on you while you're swimming is awesome! 🌞🐬

I love going here. The gym is awesome and the pool facilities are excellent and not usually crowded. The hot tub could be slightly hotter is literally the only thing I can say. The rinks are great and even have public skate times. Imagine that. What a concept! Keep up the good work.

Host of the Grand Slam of Curling event, the National. Going from what I see on TV and livestream ooks to be a very adequate facility for this event and well attended. A nice bonus is they featured a local artist and his wonderful artwork.

I hosted a birthday party for my son on January 28th and I could not believe how rude the staff and manager were. First I was lied to when I booked the party and inquired about the large pool and offered to pay extra, I was told they don't book the big pool but if no one was in it the boys can use it as they are older and in swimming lessons. When we got there the boys jumped into the big pool as there was no one else there. They were told to get out and when I explained to the manager what I was told upon booking she called me a liar and said no one would have told me that, that's when I got mad and decided I would never book there again. One of my guests came late and instead of asking if they were with us, the life guard went up to them and pointed at the door and said "OUT". I was blown away.Then we asked for the tunes for the lazy river and were told they didn't have them, which would have been good to know upon booking. So I asked if they could use the flat chest boards or noodles in the lazy River to float on instead and was told no, no toys in the river except the tubes that they didn't have. Then in the party room we lit candles on the cake and turned the lights off to sing happy birthday, when we tried to turn the lights back on, they wouldn't turn on. So we went to the desk to ask how to get the lights back on and the girl said very rudely that none told us we could touch the lights...well guess what you little snip it...no one told us we couldn't and there is no sign stating such as I did take pictures. I will never book there again and even the other guests couldn't believe the treatment and suggeated we use the pictou pool or another venue from now on which is exactly what i will do. $ 250 can be spent on renting a better venue and treated much better!

This is a great place. Another reviewer commented on the excellent natural light, and it's true. Very beautiful facility. The hot tub hasn't been always hot recently, but I'm sure that they're working on it.
