Super cool to have a spot with so much history re-open. Some cool drink options, and bartenders are open to experiment with you. A very relaxed environment. Excellent live music on some Saturdays, and a fun jukebox!

Ashley and Steve have done a great job on making the Pig feel like the welcoming, down to earth place to meet your friends and raise a glass that it’s always been. So happy it is open again. So much history and good times had here and more to come now! ❤️

I originally had my doubts about this historic staple being able to retain the same atmosphere and charm it once held onto with such ease. After a few visits I can say with the utmost confidence there is nothing to fear. The ever present and eclectic Pig’s Ear is back! Come one, come all. Test your prowess with Pingo or your endurance with peanut races. Ashley has done great job meeting the expectations of the old and loyal while curating a new and exciting atmosphere for everyone who has only heard about the legendary Pig’s Ear. It’s a historic landmark that shouldn’t be skipped on any pub crawl.

It is always a fun time at the Pig's Ear! The staff are very friendly. I have been so impressed with the refurbishing and renovations completed since it's opening. It has a fresh update but still the same great welcoming feeling it did in University!

The giant jar of pickled eggs at the bar is enough for a 5-star rating. The Pig's Ear was always unique enough to be memorable, but subtle enough that it's all about you and your companions (and maybe a lucky pingo card). The new owners have done a bang up job of refurbishing this old gem. Head in for a pitcher of 50 during your next outing!

I used to love the Piggy as a Trent student and I am so glad it has reopened. It's like nothing has changed and that's the best part. It's a place where you can go as you are, enjoy a drink, and actually hangout with the people you want to spend time with.
