We hosted our fall ladies retreat at Pine Valley Resort and we have no regrets about driving the 4.5 hours to get there! Dom and his team took excellent care of us and we found the resort to be a restful and peaceful place to be.

You could always find Dom working hard in the kitchen from sun up to sun down to make sure we were well fed. Nothing was too much to ask of him and he even took the time to take some of the ladies on a guided walk to see the red barn and their outdoor wedding location on the top of the hill.

The location itself is in a secluded area down a quiet road, the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of life. All the buildings are well maintained and clean and the setup between the lodge and the hall works perfectly for hosting a conference. It would also be an amazing place to host a family reunion or a wedding with the lodging right there.

They also have an adorable cabin on site which worked great for our speaker and would also be perfect for a bride and groom to spend their wedding night.

A few things to note would be that we wouldn't rent the bedding that they provide and instead have ladies bring their own. The provided bedding is very basic and thin, so many of the ladies would have preferred to bring their own. There is WIFI on the property but come prepared for it to be spotty at best. I'm not sure how easy it would be for Pine Valley to improve this given their remote location but we had some ladies with us who needed good access to internet for their businesses, so it was a struggle for them. Finally I would note that while each bathroom has two shower stalls there is no privacy between them so unless you are very comfortable sharing with someone we had to use them one at a time.

All in all we would definitely consider returning again!

Beautiful location, very clean facility, delicious food and friendly staff. I attended a retreat held here and would definitely go again. There are beautiful walking trails as well.

Next time I will bring my own bedding as the one blanket we were given was very thin and I was quite chilled the first night. This was really my only complaint. Otherwise, a beautiful, clean facility. I would not hesitate to book again.

Such a beautiful facility! It was the perfect space for the retreat I attended. The staff were so sweet and friendly. The food was delicious, especially the cheesecake.

We had our wedding reception at Pine Valley Hall on August 10 and it was magical. Our decorations looked really nice in there and the food was great (I'd recommend the roast beef and perogies!). The hall perfectly accommodated our ~100 guests and we had plenty of space for the dance floor. The new addition to the hall - which holds the library, lounge space, and bar - was perfect to grab a drink and have conversation. We also spent the night here in the 'honeymoon suite' and it was awesome! It was a cozy home away from home.

Can not say enough amazing things about this venue. We had our wedding sept 2nd, but have been in contact with Maureen since day 1 of planning our wedding here and has always been helpful and giving us peace of mind (as weddings can be stressful). The venue was beautiful and the top hill for our ceremony was the perfect view to say our I-do’s. Dom the owner was a pleasure to deal with. The food was some of the best food we have ever had. All our guests agree. We finished off the night with fireworks and a fire on their resort. We recommend this beautiful hidden gem of a venue to everyone we know

My husband and I and our little dog stayed for a weekend in The Suite, an adorable little cabin that provided everything you need to self isolate and still get away. Maureen gave us a tour of the entire facility when we arrived and as we were expecting just a little cabin , we were delightfully surprised to find a world class gymnastics training facility and accommodations for the visiting athletes on site. Other than the students at the gymnastics facility we were the only guests there for the weekend and were offered the hall (accommodates 150 guests) with stage, My husband is a musician so was thrilled. we were able to enjoy the fire place with a glass of wine for the evenings. we had a great little walk through the field to a little church on property that is great for pictures if you had a wedding there, did I mention they also do weddings and retreats and have an industrial kitchen to provide catering if required.. During our tour we met Dom the owner, a very pleasant accommodating man, you can tell right away he enjoys and wants his guests to have everything they need to make their stay everything you can imagine. We also had the pleasure of meeting his dog, Chewy, a Kangal, one of the biggest dogs I have ever seen. Beautiful , calm being , you can tell he is the pride of Dom and is exceptionally well loved. We were one weekend too soon to enjoy the new venture of Thai meals that are going to be served in the dining room in the hall. This will give us another reason to pay another visit to this beautiful resort. Thank you Maureen and Dom for the very enjoyable weekend. We will be sure to come back again and tell our friends and colleagues.

I gave this resort a 3 rating because of the poor customer service. We paid an extra 200.00 to bring our caterer in and they wouldn't let her come until 3:00. Thankful she has a commercial kitchen. They also wouldnt let us use the ovens. We had planned on homemade pizzas but we had to get delivered pizzas instead. Nice place, too expensive and nickel and dime you any chance you get. I feel we should get our money back since we didnt get to use the full kitchen. Its probably because they wanted us to use there caterer. Maureen is great , its the owners that aren't.

We had our company Christmas party at Pine Valley Resort. We had a wonderful experience. The venue was cozy with plenty of space, and it was decorated for the occasion, great ambiance. Amazing accommodating professional staff, and excellent food. The Desserts were top notch!!!
