I had a new skimmer and pool liner installed a few weeks ago. The liner install was amazing, but there were a few issues with the skimmer. I went to the Pioneer location in Brantford and I had the pleasure of meeting one of the best customer service people I have come across in a long time. Alexandria Tripp, you are amazing at your job! She took care of my issue immediately. I wasn't even out of the parking lot, and the service department was calling me. Shane and Kyle, I can't thank you enough for taking care of the skimmer. It is working perfectly now and looks great. Everyone was so wonderful and professional. Thank you so much for everything!

Fantastic costumer service from purchase to delivery!!! It was challenging to make a purchase during COVID and lock downs but Pioneer was patient, courteous and responsive to all of my emails and my numerous questions! They made the experience fun!!! I really appreciated texting and pictures being sent of the showroom with the various settings of patio furniture so I could make my selection! Super excited to have the gazebo assembled and use the new furniture once we are out of lock down and our back yard project can resume! I communicated with 3 different ladies and all were fabulous!!! Thank you ladies!!!

Pioneer Pools Brantford installed our 16x34 inground pool this year. Purchasing a pool is a huge decision and has a number of elements required to get it completed in a timely manner. We worked with Josh and Mike for our pool and not only were they the most organized and knowledgeable but overall they were the most cost effective. We had about 6 different companies complete quotes for us at varying degrees of care, review and detail - Pioneer was the most detail orientated and had answers to all of our questions.

Pool install schedules can vary very drastically depending on a number of factors including weather, permitting, other trades, etc so your timing could differ but Pioneer exceeded our expectations with timing, they actually started a week sooner than initially planned. This gave me the impression they have good planning and project management to ensure they leave time to account for weather and if they can move a project up they will if all goes to plan.

All Pioneer team members we dealt with were professional, on time and very helpful.

Thanks again guys, we would highly recommend. Our family has been enjoying our pool for a number of weeks this summer and plan to for years to come.

Don't do it

Purchased a hot tub in July 2024. Nothing but issues. First was told they had it in stock, then when the purchase was done we were told oops it not in stock. Had to settle for a floor model at full price. They did include a lid lifter for the trouble that earned them the one star.There is no communication at all. When the tub arrived there was a cracked panel and was told they would order one and they get them all the time as it's a known issue, of course after the fact we were told this. The delivery crew didn't set up the tub correctly so we had to get a service guy to correct the issues. He was the only good experience with this company. It's now middle of September and the tub still has a cracked panel and they don't have it yet. When contact was made to the owner with the concerns they replied via email, no personal contact.
Do your self a favor and spend your hard earned money at another spa retailer as these people don't care, they just want the sale. The sales people can't be trusted, and it is true from the other ratings, when you walk in to the store the employees are too busy socializing with each other to come a help you out.

We purchased a hot tub from Dale this summer. We had nothing but fantastic customer service right from thr start. Everything went smoothly and he's reached out multiple times after installation to make sure everything is running smoothly! We've also had great customer service experiences from all the staff at Pioneer Pools! Fantastic experience all around! We love our new hot tub!

We had a great experience from sales to delivery. Brady our hot tub salesman always kept us informed of the status of our hot tub and also the delivery service was great. They were very knowledgable and told us all about the hot tub setup on-site a very friendly experience from start to finish. Thanks again everyone involved!!!

We had purchased a semi-circular patio set In November of 2019, when opened to put on our patio in May 2020 when taking off the wrapping we discovered that one of the legs were severely damaged which left that section off balance, it was probably dropped at the factory. The other two sections were also off balance as they tipped back by about an inch. We had contacted Lisa Hinic at Pioneer Pools and she made sure the set we purchased was replaced with another set quickly. We were very pleased with the customer service we had received, the pieces were picked up and delivered promptly, and the delivery guys were polite and nice as they had to come twice! The set was of great quality and we certainly enjoy it everyday! This was our first time purchasing items at Pioneer Pools, was a very good experience and especially during the COVID-19 pandemic.

3 weeks from hole being dug to swimming. Absolutely love the new pool. Josh and the installation crew really know pools! Would definitely recommend Pioneer!
