So my wife and I went in to dine. Pretty clean and organized. Server did a great job. My wife ordered the chicken carb. no mushrooms. Came with mushrooms. Sent it back and then the new one was runny and big pieces of bacon that weren't fully cooked to be in a pasta. I ordered wings and a 8oz steak, no issues with either one. While my wife and I are enjoying our meal, a server walks by to bring dishes to the back and drops a fork on the ground. Leaves it there (prob gonna come back to grab it), comes by the area and doesn't pick it up. WOW! The work ethic in some people now a days. I don't know if my wife and I will be back in the future, since we see and have to deal with stuff like this, and the prices you have to pay for service this way.

I ordered from here on doordash, and the food that came was absolutely disgusting. I got spinach dip and mac n cheese. It looked and tasted nasty, and didn’t look even remotely close to the photos that were being advertised. The spinach dip was especially foul. The comparison between what was advertised and what I actually got is astonishing.

I’ve been here a couple of times now and always had a great experience. They offer a wide variety of food options—I’ve tried their butter chicken, pastas, nachos, Reuben sandwich, and lamb burger, all of which tasted amazing. We even celebrated my boyfriend’s birthday here, and it was awesome! The service is consistently fast, with the food arriving within 15 minutes of ordering. I highly recommend this place!”

Visited Piper Arm Pub, and it looks nice on the outside, and it is nice on the inside, too. We went with a two basketball team and we had to ore-order our food. The servers were well organized and calm. Very impressive. Food portions were very large. Easy to share one dish no problem. Everyone was very happy with their dishes. I definitely recommend this restaurant.

Stopped in while in Kitchener, forgot my pictures. But ordered hot hamburger, and chicken souvalki, I know spelt wrong. Lol Menu has so much to choose from, drinks looked inviting. But stuck with pop.
Once ordered food came quick, not alot of wait time. They have lunch prices till 3, which was very reasonable.
The portions are not big, but the flavors are totally there. The hot hamburger was homemade burger, not like some places that give frozen burger patty. Fried onions, lots gravy mashed potatoes and mixed veggies. The chicken meal was also top on flavors, 2 kabobs rice salad. But no pita bread to make little sandwiches with. Oh yes and tazaki dip, yes I know, spelt wrong. .
Totally recommend going here to eat. I am just picky.

The Piper Arms is an average Pub. The service is laid back, waited almost 10 minutes to be greeted when we walked in. The atmosphere is what you would expect. The food is nothing special. I ordered the French Onion soup and it was not pretty, but it had a decent flavour so no complaints. The wings were average, they were not huge or overly saucy. The steak was cooked perfectly and had great flavour.

Not a bad spot at all if youre looking for a reasonably priced spot for dinner or drinks.

A great experience overall. The service was excellent right from the beginning. The atmosphere is nice. There are a lot of TVs with various shows playing. The noise level was fine, and the restaurant is well laid out.

The food was delicious, and well portioned. We had the Spinach and Artichoke dip to start. It came with tortilla chips, and pita bread. The dip, bread and chips were all really good. The main dishes were delicious, fresh, and well portioned.

Our server, Charitee, was fantastic! She was attentive, friendly, and pleasant.

I would definitely return in the future.
