Unfortunately my pizza came and looked like it had been either carried sideways or dropped, it was missing toppings ( they were out but didn't bother calling to tell us or make a substitution) the dough was half raw, absolutely not edible. When we called to complain and tell them what happened all that was offered was they could try harder to re make my order, then proceeded to read back my order and it wasn't correct either. They also forgot to deliver with the pop we had ordered and even though we had included the tip option in their online portal, handed my wife the debit machine ready for tip option, this economy can be tough but setting someone up for a double tip and horrible product isn't right........ I have put in several calls for a manager or owner to respond and it has now been 5 days without a response and complete refusal to refund any of my money.

It has now been over 1 year and still not even a phone call or response about how terrible this service was and what an utter lack of care toward their customer base, Stick to Basile's 2 for 1, always great service and always good pizza.

I will continue to update this review so it stays as most recent until you have resolved this with me. Still waiting on Resolution

Ordered wings and pizza. Wings had no sauce.. Supposed to be honey Garlic…Pizza was the same. Donair pizza with no sauce and no taste. Pizza box used to be good and our go to but new ownership now and things are down hill. Worst wings and pizza I’ve had in Beaumont. Won’t come back. Don’t recommend. Try busters instead.

I recently visited Pizza Box and Tea Box and ordered creamy chicken Alfredo pasta along with 2 garlic breads. Unfortunately, there was confusion with the order, as I had only asked for 2 pieces of garlic bread but was charged for 2 full orders. The menu pricing wasn’t up-to-date, adding to the confusion. When I tried to resolve this, the staff handed me the phone to speak with the manager, but the manager didn’t offer any solution. I ended up leaving one order of garlic bread and still paid for it. Additionally, it took 35 minutes for them to prepare the pasta, which turned out to be bland and disappointing. The staff was very unprofessional, and based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend anyone visit this place.

Ordered donair pizza and i must say it was best pizza in town!! The toppings, cheese and sauce was till the last bite, and the customer service was really good 👍🏻

Went at 12:30pm on a Tuesday for the $3.00 slice. None left and weren't making more. Got a bubble tea and the tapioca balls weren't cooked through at all. It wasn't inviting at all inside, dark and one of the main led lights kept flicking on and off. Seems more like a place you'd see in the depths of 118th Ave. Won't be going back.

I love their Pizza, full of toppings, perfect cheese, great price for what you get!! I believe I was speaking to the owner when I went to pay, he really cares about the atmosphere and making customers feel comfortable. He has added the bubble tea box to the business and I can't wait to give it a try. With the quality he has put into the pizza I'm sure the tea will have the same TLC. Our two extra large pizzas were perfectly cooked and I felt like he appreciated my business. We will be back!!
