Always been my go to pizza since highschool, never had a y complaints. Penetang location is hit or miss though.

Used to be our favourite pizza place in town, but the standards there have really come down. Had to wait an extra 15 minutes for my order that I placed online and the one pizza was almost laughably mis-cut with half the toppings slid to one side. The staff was friendly at the counter but I noticed at least one in the back with her mask down under her nose. Holding out hope that the quality improves back to where it once was.

Ordered a party pizza for my staff, it came borderline burnt. Barely any sauce it was so dry. Combine that with a burnt pizza and it was horrible. I don’t think they even put any cheese on it. It was terrible. I should have ordered from pizza pizza, or please fire the person who made me my party pizza. Pitiful

I love the pizza at Nova but the staff at this location are horrible. They have me waiting over 45 minutes for a take out order. I sat there for over 30 minutes before they even started working on it. When I followed up I received major attitude from the Big guy making the pizzas in the back. He was rude and dismissive. This is not the first time I've experienced this at this location. I will never order from here again.

Too bad, they really do have great pizza.

Usually have a great pizza but this time the crust was soggy and had no flavour. They also put way too many of some toppings and too few of others. I threw out half my pizza. Very disappointing as I am usually ok with paying their premium prices for a higher quality product... Not this time....

Awful customer service older woman on cash I ordered a slice of pizza from the start to end of the interaction I had with this woman was awful upon waiting for my order I watched her be the same way towards other customers. She then handled cash and went on to touch food with bare hands and not wash her hands between taking cash and handling food. She also forgot to give me my bag of chips I ordered and threw them on the counter at me when I asked for them and rudely walked away. By far worst customer service and this employee needs to be dealt with. Also to note I got my pizza and the dough wasn’t even cooked enough and it was falling apart sloppy and I couldn’t even eat it. Will not be back as long as this person works there.
