Tratto est un petit bijou au sein de Penticton que je recommande les yeux fermés. Il se hisse facilement dans le top 3 de notre road trip dans l'Ouest Canadien!

Les pizzas sont larges, pâte fine, absolument délicieuses et abordables.

Leur burrata vient accompagnée d'une sauce tomate et d'huile d'olive et telle une madeleine de proust, se mesure vaillamment aux traditionnelles sauces italiennes de tomates séchées au soleil.

Le cadre est magnifique et le service rapide et très amical nous a enchanté. Mention spéciale pour Pierre, notre serveur français vivant maintenant ici.

Loved the atmosphere and overall vibe. It was our first time trying an Italian restaurant in the Penticton, and the King Shroom was outstanding, especially with the added truffle oil. The tiramisu was pure heaven. I’ll definitely be returning for another visit.

It is a good taste of Italian pizza. The size is bigger than what you think. I have had better taste of the dessert though;)

I visited Pizzeria Tratto Napoletana in Penticton at 6 PM on a weekday, and it was a fantastic experience! The place was buzzing with energy, but the staff managed to seat us promptly despite the crowd. We opted for a bottle of wine, and their “bottle shock deal” was a pleasant surprise—corking the bottle got us a free pizza, which was such a great touch! We ordered the Margherita, Prosciutto, and a special Spicy Hawaiian. The Margherita was classic and perfectly balanced with a fresh, flavorful tomato sauce and creamy fior di latte. The Prosciutto pizza was a standout with its crispy crust and fresh arugula, while the Spicy Hawaiian brought a fun kick with just the right amount of heat. The Neapolitan-style crust was spot-on—lightly charred, chewy, and soft in the center. The atmosphere was lively yet relaxed, with a modern, open-kitchen vibe that made it feel authentically Italian. The service was top-notch—our server was attentive, knowledgeable, and made great wine pairing suggestions. Highly recommend Tratto for anyone craving authentic pizza and a great night out in Penticton!

Some of the best Napoleon pizza I’ve ever had! Amazing menu with so many options for everyone. The meatballs were delicious. Also the wine recommendations were outstanding. We shared a bottle of Barbera. The pizzas are meant for sharing. I was hoping for leftovers but we ate everything. Will be back soon.
Returned a second time on a Tuesday and if you order a bottle of wine you get a free pizza. Amazing again!!

Modern simplicity shares their take on old world Italian fare and makes for a unique and delicious dining experience. Salad, pizzas, and desert were all delicious. Very pleasant and clean with attentive and friendly staff. Highly recommend!
