By far, the BEST customer service I’ve experienced in any business, in all of Sydney. Not only are the services AMAZING but Lisa is SO sweet, kind, caring, compassionate and ALWAYS strives to accommodate ALL customers. They go beyond the call of duty for their customers. The entire vibe is worth the money alone. I always leave feeling better than when I went in, not just because of the fantastic services offered but because of the friendly, welcoming atmosphere! I just LOVE the entire vibe at Planet Beach and Lisa is the BEST!!! I always look forward to seeing that beautiful smile and sunny disposition when I walk in the door.
If you have anything negative to say about that place, perhaps you need to look at yourself and how you could have handled the situation a little better. They are doing their best to work around the endless construction in the area and have been so extremely accommodating to their customers. If I’m late or can’t get the service I want, at the time I want, they will ALWAYS try to fit me in. BUT! I understand that it’s a BUSINESS and out of their control, if I can’t get another appointment.
Support local. Don’t dis businesses based on something they can’t control but YOU can. That is a personal issue. Not a customer service issue.

This place is amazing… special thanks to Lisa she’s the manager there who really takes care of clients.. my mom was here for my graduation from India for 3 weeks… not only Lisa took utmost care and was very friendly☺️
All the therapies are very soothing and calming… slim capsule is the best…
They have amazing discounted rates too..
Highly recommend this place for pampering your loved ones ❤️

I highly recommend Planet Beach. After my initial visit i was hooked, I feel so relaxed afterwards. The facilities are well maintained and clean. The staff are amazing!

My first time going was to tan and it was good. The lady at the desk was super friendly. Booked for a week later and it was the opposite experience. The manager Lisa was very rude. Zero customer service skills and from some other reviews it seems this isn’t a surprise. I definitely won’t be spending my money here anymore. She clearly doesn’t appreciate customers or their business.

I absolutely love this place! Ladies if you're in need of a few hrs of pampering, ya need to check this place out and there's so many services to choose from. The facilitites are clean, well kept, the staff are amazing and super helpful. I cant wait for my next appointment

had a good visit with my mother today. Staff was good, building was good and tidy, selection is good. However, some units are not working properly and no oxygen:( I will not be visiting again until some Tender Loving Care happens.
