Not too busy early mornings, high school kids are free for the summer. I received a phone call while a gym. The staff was rude and unprofessional in how they handled the situation, making me feel uncomfortable. Hopefully, they will improve their approach to customer interaction in the future.

I really enjoy Planet Fitness! Great place to work out, friendly staff, not too busy at the times I go, which I like. Never have to wait long for equipment. The only thing I would change about Planet Fitness is the times that they offer classes. They only ever offer them in the morning or late afternoon. They need some evening or night classes! Then, it'd be perfect! I would recommend Planet Fitness (Black Card) is a great deal 👍

I finally went in to see what this gym had to offer and I was blown away by the customer service! Dylan was truly amazing. Any question or concerns I had, he talked me threw it all and was well knowledgeable about all of the services. My planet fitness is very clean. I love the big fans which ensure good air movement during my workouts. They have a variety of exercise equipment that allows me to focus on various muscle groups during my workouts. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
