Hosted my sons birthday at playdium yesterday
booking process was seamless - no complaints
when we arrived we were directed to the restaurant to meet with our hosts
Met with victoria who was ready ,we waited just a bit for our game tags and kids were on their way
she was helpful organized and brought all food items on time.She was GREAT!
The issue we had is that the kids were running out of credits fast and we wanted to reload the cards
we were told the manager will look into this
after waiting for the manager about 15-20 mins
we were told to just go over to the front desk and reload .Manager never stopped by
girls at the counter were just not helpful and infact annoyed to even have to sit there and do their jobs
we were told that we cannot buy any bulk credits and would have to buy individually
it would have been nice to have a reload package when you have already spent upwards of $700 at your facility
Since i wanted to pay cash she voided the entire order and asked me to stand in another line behind guest again.No apology /no urge to assist in making the transaction go faster
manager just came by rudely to say that there is no reload package and abruptly left
we waited another 10 mins in line to get the cards reloaded
also the place where you get goodies for tickets was a joke
all the trays were empty ,only items left were over 1500 points on shelves and beyond what the kids could trade for with points
when asked the cashier if they will restock any items ,she just said we are too busy to restock
bathrooms were dirty ,no toilet paper.
Kids requested the food counter for water and they were asked to pay $4 for cups. An adult had to go request for water cups.
We tried it once , never AGAIN

Hopefully someone looks at this ,as more of a shift in culture to be more guest focused and not treat them as annoyance would be nice.

My kids had a great time at Playdium on their third visit. We attended a birthday party there this past weekend. While the hosts provided food, they didn’t really assist with serving or cutting the cake. I’ve hosted kids’ parties at different venues before, and typically, a party host is present to take care of any needs. However, at Playdium, we had to request everything ourselves, like forks and plates. On top of that, our pizza was overcooked.

It’s absurd how quick some of the games are. Tap band, use 6 credits, game over in 10 seconds. Others are more reasonable. The ropes course and VR were closed when we were there. If it weren’t for the bowling, I would have given 1 or 2 stars. No coffee to keep parents going, either.

Playdium is THE best place to have fun. There are plenty of options to play—games, bowling, claw machines, etc. And, don’t think twice about your age. It’s a place to enjoy tour time regardless of how old you are.

It’s budget-friendly too. For two people, the starting price is somewhere between $25-35 as of writing this review.

Didn’t enjoy the food. Had to wait over 40minutes to get our food which was not that yummy. So, think twice before ordering!!
