My 1st time coming to Polar nails, and I was impressed on how busy it was and how they instantly communicated with their customers. Everyone was kind and professional, exactly what people look for. I called at 4 to see if I could possibly get in at the last minute but they were all booked. They called me back in 10 mins & Ana had a cancellation at 5, absolutely I’ll take it. Got a full set of acrylic nails & she did a top notch job, I asked if she could possibly do an eyebrow wax too. She did that quickly & I was 100% satisfied. Thanks Ana, I appreciate it ⭐️

I personally rave about polar nails services and the job that they usually do and how well done their acrylics are, but I had the most horrendous experience last week and got some of the most appalling nails I’ve ever seen. I can’t believe I paid and left with my nails looking like this, but they didn’t leave me much choice as they basically kicked me out because they were closing. My appointment was at 4pm and I wasn’t seated until 4:30. Because they “closed” at 5, My nails were rushed. The technician was rude and distracted, she didnt do what I asked for. Very frustrated that I wasted 80$ for these and now have to find someone new to redo them.

Been going for a few years now! I had a really great experience at Poler nail spa . The staff was friendly and professional, and the salon was clean and comfortable. I loved how they took their time and paid attention to detail when doing my nails. The end result was absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for a top-notch nail experience! I love how efficient and there quality and cleanliness . Prices are fair too. I apricate how attentive to detail they are .

I got a pedicure here and was impressed with the cleanliness of the shop and friendliness of the staff. The person doing my feet was very attentive and did a thorough job. The price was also reasonable compared to other shops. Overall I will go back.
