I had a truly wonderful stay! Von at check-in was incredibly welcoming and helpful—his friendly attitude set a great tone for my visit. Joanne at check-out was just as amazing, making the departure smooth and pleasant. A heartfelt thank you for the complimentary upgrade as well—it made my stay even more memorable. Everything from start to finish exceeded my expectations. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

Lots of parking to fit large vehicles as well as trailers, dog friendly, indoor pool with awesome water slides, hot tub as well as a kiddy splash pad area. Also right next to a restaurant that serves great chicken tenders and fries within walking distance.

Pet friendly and pool is what made me come here. Bit pricey compared to the other hotels that accommodate the same things but the kiddy splash pad and slides is what sold me and it was worth it in my opinion.

Great hotel to stay with the family. Friendly and helpful staff, wonderful breakfast, modern and clean rooms. And you can’t beat the pool, waterslides and splash park right in the hotel! 10 out of 10 for us!

Too expensive for what you get compared to other hotels. Room had damaged furniture walls and doors. Door doesn't automatically lock when you close it. No bathroom fan. Bathroom light doesn't go on unless the hallway light is on. And the man at the front desk made eye contact with me, but didn't bother to say "hello" or "I'll be with you in a monent", just made me wait there for 30 seconds without saying a thing. Then just said "name". Plus when I called down to the lobby to ask what the Wifi SSID was since only the password is written on the folder with the keycards, he told me the wrong one, potentially sending me to what could have been a scam. Breakfast is same old boiled eggs and waffles. And housekeeping wanted to clean my room at 5pm All round disappointing experience. Will not stay there again.

My stay was lovely. The front staff were kind, and the kitchen staff doing the breakfast were working hard and were also very kind. The bed and pillows were a touch uncomfortable and the pool (was super cool, slide and water park bit was awesome) but the pool was absolutely freezing. My daughter was shivering the whole time.
I give 1 star as my room had been paid for entirely before my stay through a third party booking website.. But i had to give my credit card for the $100 deposit, and $30 pet fee. Which was fine. Until my card was changed $71.66 randomly the second day i was there (i stayed for two nights) and then again i got an email from capital one saying my card was declined for $199.89 from the prince George pomeroy. I called and asked why i was getting these charges the staff told me they didnt know and would release the funds. Its incredibly sketchy.
There were absolutely zero damages to our room and we even packed our garbage up and cleaned the room before we left.
Im incredibly unhappy with the sketchy credit card charges for a room that was already paid for, with zero explanation.
I wont be recommending.

Excellent accomodations. Excellent friendly & responsive staff. Great breakfast service. As a travel nurse I live in hotels. This one is a favorite in my top 5. Pool, hot tub & gym too!

Service was good , the lady at the front desk was very helpful.
The swimming pool was freezing cold though, not enjoyable for a swim
The queen beds were really springy and hard, and the air conditioning barely cooled the room down throughout the night.
Also the vending machines didn’t work , they were nice enough to compensate though when it ate our money.
