Les visiteurs ont apprécié ce grand experience de jogging dans ce gymnase Le gymnase était très propre avec des machines de gymnastique et des outils de gymnastique modernes avec des sprays désinfectants et des serviettes propres pour que tout le monde puisse nettoyer après usage Il est possible de faire une séance de 6 $ par fois pour tout jour pour les adultes ou rejoindre leurs passes à des tarifs différents Certainement, ce sera mon régulier plan d'entraînement pour 2025 ici ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Un excellent centre de loisirs…EV charging station, lots of parking, WAVES coffee on site et personnel amical.

Enjoyed this great experience jogging 10KM in this gym! Super clean with all newly looked gym machines and work out gadgets with sanitary sprays and clean towels for everyone to clean it after usage! Can drop in at CAD$6 per time for whole day as adult or joining their passes of different rates! Definitely will make this regular exercise my 2025 new year plan here!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

My kid started skating lessons here. All the coaches are very nice and patient! We love this place! The playground is very popular as well!

Parking is difficult. I have to drop off my kid first then take about 8-10 minutes to find a spot. Skating is hard to pass. They release the result before the last lesson (after the 2nd last lesson). For those maybe only a small step away from passing, can those kids be assessed one more time? During the last lesson? The result might be different. Otherwise I feel like the last lesson is wasted when the result is already there and will not be changed.

Interesting atmosphere inside, is good for skating but that's pretty much it.

Edit:
The gym equipment is nice, lots of free weights and variety of machines to use. Keep in mind though, that there are typically lots of people who come to this gym so it's busy a good portion of the time. Ensure you come in the morning or late in the day to try and get a good workout in!

I recently visited the Port Moody Recreation Complex and I was impressed with the variety of options available. There is a weight room, basketball court, and ice rink. The weight room was busy during the peak hours, so I had to wait for equipment. However, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The Complex is very clean and spacious. Best of all, parking is free! Overall, I had a great experience.

Coach Karen has been an excellent skating coach! She gives quick and direct feedback on how to improve, and has a vast amount of skating knowledge! She goes into great detail of how the each skating technique should be executed.
