This evening my wife and I along with my brother and his wife experienced a spectacular dinner meal. From the moment we arrived we were treated like royalty. The servers were filled with genuine smiles, our personal server was by far one of the best we have ever experienced, the food was hot, and incredibly delicious. The atmosphere was so eligant and warm and so inviting. All i can say is We'll done staff and owner. You hit it out of the ball park

My realtor gave me a gift certificate to this amazing restaurant. 10/10 on all accounts. Booking a reservation was easy, the atmosphere was fantastic and not loud. Our server Jasmine was outstanding. We had a seafood dish and the butternut squash ravioli with sage and brown butter. We finished it off with the tiramisu and meringue. Soooo good. The portions are large and an incredible amount of seafood for the price. I would have to say this would be my new fav restaurant and would highly recommend it.

First experience with Porta Romana for our anniversary. A quiet, conversational atmosphere with delicious food. The presentation was very pretty on everything from our appetizer to our dessert. Natalie (if I'm remembering her name right) was our server and she was incredibly attentive and nice. Our table was set with a hand written note and on our dessert plates congratulating our anniversary, a really lovely thought. Amazing place, we will definitely be back!

My husband and i couldn't make it out tonight for our anniversary so we decided to order in. The food was amazing. No disappointment, full of flavor. The ceaser salad blew me away. It's delicious. What a delightful treat.

We went to Porta Romana, on a recommendation, to celebrate our anniversary. The ambiance was very nice, busy but not too noisy. Our server, Hayden, was very pleasant and attentive and definitely added to our experience. My wife ordered Chicken Parmesan (it was just delicious) while I ordered Fettuccine Montanara - excellent!! We shared the Sweet Endings which was 5 samples of their dessert menu. All in all a great experience.

We were celebrating my birthday and couldn’t have ask for better service or better food. We had reservations and upon sitting down at our table I found a hand written birthday card for me. Very nice touch. Our waiter, Marco, was extremely knowledgeable of the menu. He made suggestions and also ask the chef to prepare a special fish dish for me according to my diet restrictions.We started off with cocktails and had an awesome, unique presentation of shrimp cocktail. My husband had the dinner feature of pork shank and couldn’t have been happier with his choice. My special request of fish was one of the best fish dishes I’ve had in ages. We finished the dinner with magnificent desserts which are baked in house by the owner, Karen.
I highly recommend Porta Romano for a special occasion outing. Treat yourself, you won’t regret it.

Our first visit and it was excellent. If you like fresh from scratch Italian food this place is where you need to be! Absolutely friendly and personable service, in a really nice dining area. Very reasonable prices for great food. From start to finish, the bruschetta appetizer with fresh ingredients to the in house made pasta mains and the unbelievable decadent meringue desert we had the best meal out. Thank you we loved it!!

Great dinner at Porta Romana which is a family run dining establishment in Spruce Grove.

The food is wonderful. Extremely generous servings and delicious flavors.

The space is cozy and more of a traditional dining space.

Our server was wonderful but had to switch out at the end of the evening. Our second server was a bit too attentive and seemed very awkward in her delivery.

Outside of the server switch over, it was a lovely evening and a very solid 4 x 🍝🍝🍝🍝 for this local community dining experience.
