Je suis très satisfaite. Belle propreté , belle petite entrée de jardin avec fontaine ( à sec mais quand même jolie haha) . Grand bain . Parfait pour un repos avant un rdv à l’hôpital.

Personnel très accueillant lors d'un séjour en famille. Rien de trop luxueux mais bien situé, chambre spacieuse, très propre, et confortable. J'y séjournerais sans problème une autre fois. Je recommande pour une pause pas trop chère dans un environnement suffisamment agréable

Where do i start! It was lovely staying at the hotel as it was in a great location. Great staff for both front desk and housekeeping. Rooms were clean and tidy. Felt like it was my home. Got welcomed at the front desk by Omar and Marley (the cutest front desk dog ever) and was guided to my room quite professionally and nicely. Good location close to all amenities and the hospital! Would definitely come back again:)

Stayed at Port-O-Call Inn & Suites and was pleasantly surprised. While the property could definitely use some updates, everything else during my stay was great. The staff were incredibly hospitable and professional.
Had a brief chat with the new on-site manager, which really added a personal touch. Their dedication to guest service made the stay feel warm and well taken care of. Looking forward to seeing how the place improves with a bit of renovation!

A place to sleep I guess. Rooms we occupied were not like the pictures. Superbly grim. Our room smelled like toilet cleaner and cigarettes and made it hard to sleep. No bugs and the sheets were clean. The dog at reception was the best part.

Terrible Experience – Avoid This Hotel!

I rarely write reviews, but I feel compelled to warn others about my awful stay here. From the moment I arrived, the service was disappointing — and one staff member in particular, Omar, made the entire experience far worse than it needed to be. He was shockingly rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional in every interaction. Instead of helping resolve issues, he acted like I was a burden for even asking basic questions.

The room was average at best — definitely not worth the price. There are plenty of better hotels nearby at the same rate that actually know how to treat their guests with respect. Trust me, save yourself the stress and look elsewhere. I’ll never stay here again, and I strongly advise others to do the same. Avoid at all costs.
