They made my fries to much cheese flavor made my fries too salty cant eat it, just go in a waste. And the smoothie, not so good and worth it, they flavor is already powdered and not even taste good as other smoothie powdered smoothie drinks. Just a waste of money

I bought a bottle of a&w rootbeer. when I got home, I had tasted the pop and it had an unpleasant aftertaste and after checking the bottle, it had been almost a year expired.

I have tried other flavors here and so far this is my least favorite because its like eating bulb of garlic. This is truffle.

For people that want less of it because its too salty, ask them for 1 scoop of that powder.

First time eating here and probably last. Wife got dill pickle shoestring fries for my son. They were a little condescending but the fries were just awful. Greasy and limp not to mention they tasted like they dumped a pound of salt and dill on the fries. They were actually inedible. My son is infatuated with dill pickle and he couldn't even eat them.

Slow service. At the end the fries gonna serve was not newly cooked. Seems its already been sitting there. The cheese flavor two terra size that I ordered was too much cheese powder that brings too much saltiness. Please make sure you guys serve evenly flavored, so the customers will enjoy what they got and worth they pay.

Staff were so unfriendly, so cold with the service. I asked for extra cheese for my cheese flavoured fries and both staff (2:45 pm October 31/23) just stared at me. My fries taste so bland. WEM branch taste better!!! Need warmer and approachable staff in MWTC -Potato Corner!

Potatoes have been a big part of my life. I’ve grown potatoes, cooked with them, and most importantly, I’ve ate them. From mashed to baked, I’ve always enjoyed potatoes. Yet coming to Potato corner on Feb 25th has changed me; their sour cream and onion flavour on their curly fries was nothing short of spectacular. These poor reviews wouldn’t know a quality potato if it fell right on their lap. I will for sure be coming back.

No hair nets. No gloves. No hand washing. No masks. No cleanliness what’s so ever. On top of that they use a regular deep fryer rather than the air fryer they use at other locations, leaving the food very oily and soggy. Their workers are too busy chatting to worry about the food. Overall lots of ruined expectations coming from a franchise that my family loves to go to all the time. But this store is not worth the time or money.

Edit: upgrading to a two star, when I went today I saw them wash their hands, they were wearing masks, however the food is still super oily and soggy compared to other locations, and the staff are still not wearing hair nets. While this is an improvement, I am still not fully satisfied. Please keep working on these details as compared to other locations and I will keep updating my review and I encourage others to do the same.
