Not the best place. Bed stains on sheets. Service was not good.me and my family stayed we had to change hotels because it was so bad. Over all it was very low quality. Would not recommend.

I honestly have no clue what people are talking about in their negative reviews. This place was perfect for our family. We have 3 kids and it was the perfect place for them to unwind after hiking all day and adventuring in Banff. Pool was great and service was exceptional. If you have little ones, I highly recommend this place. Underground parking was easy to access. Super close to the entrance if banff national park. Everything was clean and cleaned daily for us. Will definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

Over all was a pleasant stay.
Wonderful beds n bedding.
No A/C in bedrooms… yuk. No window either. Just door.
Everything was clean.
How ever. The bbq doesn’t even give you a grill mark on your steak.
Bring your own salt n pepper. And tinfoil, etc.

Stunning location, walking distance to a lot of amenities.
Was disappointed in the cleanliness of the apartment; upon arrival I noticed curl hairs in the bathtub (YUCK). As well as old juice containers under the king bed from previous stays.
Working as a cleaner I was defiantly not impressed for the amount you spend to stay here.

Five of us went on a trip and stayed in a two-bedroom suite with one king and one queen bed. The facilities were clean, and all the amenities were abundant. We loved the large windows and high ceilings. The outdoor hot spring with a view of the stars was also amazing. Finding the check-in building was a bit tricky, but after that, everything was extremely satisfying. We decided to come back to this place with our family next time."

We loved the mountain view and the bedroom was good. The well equipped kitchen was a great surprise. The person in the front desk during check in was helpful, gave us a few good tips around town.

Has everything you need (and more) for a home away from home. King bed was very comfortable, kitchen is huge a stocked with everything you need (minus the food), in room laundry was a nice surprise, underground parking great, lady at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating, restaurant was great and competitively priced, and the pool/waterslide/hot tub was better than expected. There is a kiddie pool, a large 4’ deep pool with waterslide, and a hot Uber that is indoors and outdoors. The unit also has a BBQ and two Smart TV’s. Cons: 1. The walls and doors were very effective at blocking outside noise, however, the ceiling is not. We were on the second floor and footsteps from the unit above were loud enough to wake us (we didn’t hear anything the night before). The floors are hardwood which is great for everything but noise dampening. 2. Although our room rate was reasonable for one night in May 2023, I noticed summer dates are on par with boutique hotels. This 1 bedroom apartment condo had everything our family needed but our unit’s furnishings weren’t ultra modern or luxurious. The unit was nice, functional, practical and spacious but not luxurious. Next time we visit I hope to visit the games room and spa. 3. Like most hotel pool floors, this one is very hard on the feet due to it’s rough texture. I regret not bring swim shoes. 4. The waterslide should either slow you down before dropping into the pool or there should be ropes or something to stop people from walking in front of the slide. It is also difficult to see when the person ahead is safely out of the way. There were a few close calls in the few hours we were at the pool. 4. Signage should be improved to find the front desk since the entrance is at the back of the building. 5. IF they rent out bikes, it also wasn’t well advertised. There is a bike rack out front full of bikes so I assume some are there to rent?

Noisy, low end, run down, dirty, and over priced.
DO NOT STAY HERE PLEASE GO ANYWHERE ELSE.

This is the lowest rated hotel in Canmore for a good reason, 2 Star hotels are comparable or even better.

Cons: The rooms are dirty, furniture is run down, dining table & dining sets have not been cleaned, there is no AC in the bedrooms as there is a single overhead unit in the living room. Appliances are disgusting and need to be cleaned. There are many more things I can list.

Pros: pet friendly I guess........
