L'hotel Premier Inn and Suites a Lethbridge est tres bien. Les lits sont confortable, les chambres sont spacieuse et le petit dejeuner est delicieux!

It’s mostly clean but the lights flicker, the rooms aren’t sound proofed and it’s pretty expensive for what you get in comparison to other hotels priced the same. Would not stay again because the bed was very frumpy and uncomfortable!

The rooms were clean but cramped. TV is so small and low its hard to watch from either bed. Pets are accepted into some of the rooms but there is no pet area outside. Just rocks and junipers and a big open parking lot behind (Lowe's). The soda machine was sold out of water and the front staff not very friendly. Noise above our room kept us up.

Well appointed room with comfortable beds,TV, Microwave, Coffee maker and fridge. Very quiet hotel for a good nights sleep Car parking behind the hotel. Good breakfast with eggs, sausage fruit juice, tea and coffee available. Staff were very courteous and efficient.

The Surestay plus was satisfactory. We were able to book it with Best Western points, and after driving all day from Pocatello in Idaho USA, we were very happy with the comfortable beds and clean room. The bottled water on arrival was much appreciated. The breakfast in the morning was adequate.

Usually, really good but this time, terrible.
Rude staff, lights, phone didn't work, fridge door dragging. People banging on doors at 930pm.
Breakfast time, out of almost everything, 1 item ran out, no sticker on Saying out of order, sprays water everywhere, made a comment to them that it sprays , went on mother in laws clothes, response who cares, no big deal. Yes it is.
Later they put a note on but not visible. Other patrons too getting wet. Went to complain about my trip, service etc,, said nothing they can do. They will talk to a manager next day , maybe discount of next visit. There wont be a next visit. Lost regular customers that have been coming for yrs. And still NO call back from manager 😒

This is one of our favorite places to stay in Lethbridge. Although it's not the fanciest place, it is often the lowest cost decent hotel. Never had a problem, rooms are decent and clean, and may generally a great value.

Didn't meet expectations. Refused to deal with our issues. Phones not working, light bulbs burnt out. Stuffy in room, had to wait 5 hrs to check in. Food wasn't available for breakfast. Some of juice machine nit working spraying water at everyone, when trying to use it. No apologies or did not fix or try to fix issue. No compensation either
