I had an exceptional experience at Princess Nails and Spa! I showed Aries a Christmas nail design I had in mind, and she truly brought it to life—perfectly! She recreated every detail with such precision and care. Aries is incredibly talented and made sure I was completely satisfied with each step of the process. The salon itself is clean, inviting, and has a wonderful atmosphere that made the whole visit feel relaxing. I couldn’t be happier with my beautiful, festive nails, and I’ll absolutely be returning for future services. I highly recommend Aries and Princess Nails and Spa!

The loveliest staff. Fun welcoming space. Super clean and fresh aesthetic! The foot and hand massage was amazing and the precision of the nail techs EXCELLENT!! Massage chairs. Such a Gem!

Honestly I have a salon I love but my sister really wanted to try this place. I got an acrylic set with shellac polish. The shape just wasn’t what I was asking for I like a coffin tip and some were more fitted than others and some were slanted. The finished nail j also thought had a bit of bumps on them so the polish showed that. After 8 days I had chips at the bottom near the nail bed and the polish was chipping on the tips so I went to my usual salon and once they took the polish off 9 out of the 10 nails were all lifted from my nail and coming off so I really can’t recommend this place. The ladies were nice as could be just didn’t do well for me. I do highly recommend pedi n nails in gravenhurst though!!

Well, I didn't even get to experience this Spa. Had an appt booked for 4:15, paid to park and walked into the Salon to be greeted with 'I tried to reach you, we are a little behind. I asked how long and was told, One Hour. I live out of town so didn't want to wait an hour. They did try to call me (left a msg on my phone 3 minutes before I walked through their door). I won't go back.
response to reply: A phone call advising that the you were running behind was needed to be made to me earlier in the afternoon and not when I was walking through the door. I would have gladly rebooked, but I felt my that my time wasn't valuable enough to be given ample notice of appt time change

If I could give less then 1 star I would… I came here once before and didn’t have a great experience but I decided to give it one more shot. I called 2 weeks in advance to book an appointment for a manicure and pedicure. They told me to call a week prior to when I want to get my nails done, so I did. At my appointment I wanted biogel French manicure. The owner of the shop was doing my nails. The whole time she was talking in her language to her coworkers and kept getting up to do other things. However I didn’t say anything. Why I mentioned that was because she was so distracted that she filed my nails down way too short, didn’t shape it the way I had asked from the start and the white on the tips were super uneven and did not look good. The whole time I was just going with the flow, didn’t say anything. I was very nice and sweet however I had to ask her before putting my nail under the light to dry if she could make just the white on my thumb a little thinner because she had painted it way too thick compared to my other nails. (This was the only thing I asked her to change/ that I wasn’t happy with and I said it in a very respectful and nice way. She then took my hand very aggressively and began to file the nail on my thumb even more…. I was wondering why she would do that because 1. She had already filed the nails on my thumbs way shorter then the rest of my nails and 2. all she had to do was wipe away the white tip on my thumb and paint another line… So I asked her again if she could please just fix the white on my thumb (again, very calm and nicely). She then proceeded to scream at me in front of everyone. “This is what you wanted, how about I take it off and you go somewhere else”. All I said after was “I think that’s a good idea because I’m extremely uncomfortable right now..” So she ended up taking it all off and shaving my nails down so thin that even the salon who I went to right after to fix what she did to my nails said “I’m so sorry, she must have been so mad to do this to your poor nails”. I left princess nails balling my eyes out because I was so shocked. I have never ever been treated that way by anyone, let alone talked to that way. It was completely uncalled for and so unprofessional. Another customer who was there and was sitting next to me mouthed “I’m so sorry she is so rude” and even her coworkers looked at me and you could tell they felt so bad..I took a picture of my nails right after I left and attached it to this review so you can see for yourself. I get that some people have “bad days” but that is no excuse to treat a customer that way for nicely asking to correct something.

Now you are just lying. I have proof of exactly when I called and it was just under the 2 week mark. I called the next Monday and I booked an appointment for the Friday of that week first thing in the morning. You are very unprofessional and you need to take accountability for your actions and stop trying to blame the customers. I was so sweet and nice to you and even after you screamed at me in front of your whole store, ruined my nails and waisted my time. I just left silently and cried in my car. You should be ashamed of yourself. Not to mention you weren’t busy at all!!! There was 1 other customer in the store while I was there and you had 3 staff working. 1 was just sweeping to keep busy. And even she felt bad for me. You were very rude and it was uncalled for just because I very nicely asked you to fix something which shouldn’t have been an issue. I’m not a picky person and I don’t think I asked for too much. I wish I had a picture of my nails before you shaved off all the nail polish so you and everyone else could see how bad of a job you did to begin with…

I took my daughter here today when we got our nails done they did a phenomenal job and the ladies were very very patient with my daughter who has ADHD. They took the time to explain and ask questions. Absolutely amazing highly recommend best nail place in Orillia.

Quite hard to communicate as its pretty apparent theres only 1 english understanding person who has to translate for all the other employees. I left VERY unhappy with my nails after trying 3 different designs (they dont do designs well) nor do they listen to your requests (in terms of length of nails and shape) but I am not the person to make a fuss or scene. I paid $65 after she told me it was less and proceeded to tell me it’ll be $50 next time when I did end up telling her to just leave it one colour so I could leave. I have attached the inspo photo and a how I left photo… it’s just a whole lot of wrong. I won’t be back.
