Project Self est incroyable Ils louent des espaces bureaux, ce que j'ai profité de pendant mes rénovations dans mon propre bureau. Quelle belle, professionnelle et heureuse salle de travail J'adore la sauna et la thérapie par lumière rouge. La travail de masse corporelle holistique de Lisanne est si apaisante. J'adore sa massage lymphatique et la reflexologie. J'adore aller à ce business J'ai toujours un grand sourire sur le visage dès que je entre.

Project Self is amazing! They rent out office space, which I took advantage of during my recent renovations in my own office. What a welcoming, professional and happy space to work out of! I also love the sauna and the red light therapy. The holistic body work by Lisanne is so healing. I love her lymphatic massage and reflexology. I love going to this business! I always have a huge smile on my face as soon as I enter.

Project Self is a beautifully designed space for personal healing and restoration. The environment is warm and inviting, making it easy to relax and unwind. I absolutely love the range of services, especially the contrast therapy, which leaves me feeling refreshed and rejuvenated every time. What makes it even better is the incredibly friendly and welcoming staff who create such a positive experience. The best part? I get to share this with my husband through their 'party for two' option, making it a truly special and memorable experience. Highly recommend!

I absolutely love this warm inviting holistic center! It is always immaculately clean & comfortable. JP is so friendly & welcoming- he makes sure our appointments are super smooth! My kids love working with Kathleen and I love using the sauna & cold plunge every time they see her. I sleep like a baby after every hot/cold plunge ITS LIKE MAGIC !! ✨ This space is truly a Gem in PG!

The most beautiful, nature escape, calm and welcoming place for a perfect staycation and perfect retreat with a best friend, alone or with your partner. I left feeling valued, loved and cared for.. the staff were very knowledgable, happy and helpful. After the hot snd cold therapy, I felt buzzed, rejuvenated, free and energized. I really enjoyed being able to listen to music, relax and have a shower after the therapy session. I feel very lucky we have this opportunity to have such a beautiful place that offers these unique services in Prince George. I can’t thank you enough for leaving me feel the way I felt. This is a beautiful gem in town. If you haven’t gone, please go, you will not be disappointed. I will for sure be back, I cannot wait to see you again! 🙂

Always leave this place feeling reinvigorated and refreshed! A warm and inviting atmosphere with very friendy staff. Had a fantastic and informative session with Roya Compo and I love using the hot/cold contrast therapy. Will be back soon!

Chelsea and her team are so welcoming and friendly. I feel supported and heard every time I step foot into their calming space. The booking app is extremely easy to use and I cannot wait to try out the hot/cold therapy!

My spouse and I recently experimented with hot and cold therapy, and it was truly fantastic! It provided a unique and enjoyable twist to our date day, leaving us feeling rejuvenated, and I've certainly observed a reduction in my inflammation.
