Tout juste arrivé d'une nuit dans une suite de luxe dans un B&B de Miramichi à 115 $, j'ai été déçu de payer 143,25 $ au Pumpkin pour beaucoup moins de confort. Beaucoup trop cher pour un B&B de ce genre ou l'on doit partager la douche et coucher dans des petites chambres. Port Elgin est un petit village, donc prévoyez souper avant d'arriver sur place. L'endroit manque un peu d'amour à l'extérieur, mais est quand même propre à l'intérieur. L'accueil et le service étaient très bons, ainsi que le déjeuner.

I didn't stay here in June 2025. I have a few times in the past and was extremely pleased. I attempted this year, but the house no longer has signs out and I was told by local residents that the property has been sold to a doctor. They should take down the signs on the road.

recently stayed at this B&B for a few days while travelling. Lynda was a very gracious hostess offering lovely breakfasts and knowledge of the area. The room was spacious and charming. thoroughly enjoyed the view of the bay out of our window. The century old house is full of charm. Highly recommended by both my husband and myself.

We had a mix up in our reservation and called the Pumpkin Inn in a desperate attempt to find lodgings for the night on the very first day of our vacation late in the day. Lynda advised she has rooms available and we arrived 30 minutes later tired and ready to relax. We were pleasantly surprised and delighted with our accommodations and the hospitality we received. The Inn was clean and very comfortable. The wild blueberry pancakes were the best we have ever had. The house was amazing. You will not be disappointed in your stay at the Pumpkin Inn, please make a reservation here and you will not be disappointed! Thank you Lynda!||||Vicki Jones

Charming B & B. Extremely clean and cozy.. Breakfast of strawberry crepes in a phylo pastry and poached eggs was top notch and delicious. Linda is a warm and friendly hostess. Our first experience in B & B was thoroughly enjoyable. We highly recommend this B & B on your travels!

Had to stay the night in Port Elgin and I felt so lucky that I found Pumpkin Inn B&B online. Lynda, the host, was very helpful & accommodating about our situation, given that our check-in time was off the schedule & we brought our pet dog with us. Everything was well-prepared. I couldn't be any happier & more relaxed in her vintage-themed, lovely home. My boyfriend and I had a grand, peaceful weekend during our stay. Might I say that the breakfast was one for the books, too! Wishing to go back when we plan a trip to PEI. Can't wait!
