I recently had a book published and the delivery service from the publisher to me was FANTASTIC! Delivery staff was courteous, polite, efficient and one young lady who was very young, petite and probably weighed 80 lbs. soaking wet, carried 2 boxes of books that weighed more than her. I've since used Purolator to send books to others and the staff in the service center is a repeat performance of the courteous, efficient and helpful delivery staff. They have gone out of their way to provide information which has proven to be very accurate in the projected delivery time and other questions I've had. Keep up the Great Work, Purolator! You're doing a FINE JOB!!!

Extremely inconsistent
I paid for expedited shipping and was told my package would be delivered 9am
12pm called and asked if it was coming
Was promised it was a priority but clearly not!
Was promised it would be delivered by 2pm
Again nothing showed up
Talked to an agent at 6pm and was promised the package was next to be delivered.
9pm hits and nothing just notified that the vehicle broke down and have to wait 2 days for a redelivery!
Thank you so much! My diabetics pump and my insulin will be bad!

Not impressed my package was supposed to be delivered today. Found out from customer service. That the drivers deliver until 9pm. So instead of delivering it before 9pm. They decided to reschedule it until Monday. I better not have to be inside all day again.

Did not sign up for 3rd party shipping. Had a package sent from Calgary to Chatham, was not home when delivery was attempted. Went to the store to pick up the next day(near closing). No package, no way to get ahold of 3rd party. What BS!!!! And here I thought Canada Post was bad

I was expecting a package. I came home, no package. No note on the door, no tracks in the snow. I logged on to the vendor I purchased from, who directed me to Purolator's tracking website. It said that a delivery was attempted but no one was home to sign. They did not leave a note or any footprints in the snow. What were they planning on doing, never delivering it? Not telling me a signature was required? The online automated chat was no help and very frustrating. I think the plan was to never deliver the package.

Very poor service, as soon as I come in they try to move me to the self serve machine.
I'm paying for a service, I don't work there. It's like a self checkout a super market I don't do that.
If they offered a discount to serve yourself is one thing.
Those ladies in there are jaded with an atitude and look like they don't want to be there. If I get pushed over to the self serve machine again, I will never go to purolator again. I'm paying for a service to send a package from you, do your job and stop pushing customers to the self serve garbage

Generally good friendly counter service. A recent package returned through Purolator has not been scanned as dropped off to them after 2 days. Luckily we got the tracking number so our refund should come. Lost one star for that.

This autobot stuff has to end along with 800 numbers that make you wait on the phone for over 45 min.
We oreder a package and recieved an email to track the package. The driver didn't leave a notice of there attempt to deliver. Purolators system is broken, someone should call to let us know when they are coming especially in rural areas. We live in the country and now we have to drive a half hour into town. No notice was left on the door and there site says they only keep items for 5 days it is now the 6th day since attempt and we can't get through to the company find out if our package is still there or if they sent it back. This is very poor service from Purolator company as a whole. There system is broken and they need to fix it.

Great if you're not in a hurry for your package.
Otherwise, tracking will change from on vehicle for delivery to receiver not available for delivery in the blink of an eye, based on the whim of the driver. At least be honest about why a delay occurs.
Wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Terrible service. Amazon said my package was to be delivered on Monday. It is now Thursday. Every day, Amazon says they attempted delivery. Purolator agent says that they have yet to attempt delivery. Purolator is always a disappoint on delivery. I prefer the VERY reliable services of FedEx but I can't choose the shipping provider as a retail buyer of goods.
