Went in just to check things out and ended up leaving with pretty much a whole new bed set. Can’t wait to use it! The staff were super friendly and chill — didn’t feel pressured at all. Yes, it’s a bit pricey, but honestly feels worth it. Definitely recommend supporting this place!

If you buy ahead of time, and I mean the day before, you can get their items for up to 50% less. If you're in the store you can't just buy it online and then pick it up. The person at the till can't override either, maybe the supervisor can, but they weren't there so I can't say for sure. Still a dumb hoop to have to jump through. I was paying via gift card and didn't want to come back again the next day so I just payed. Had I not been using GC I would have gone and bought from somewhere else. What a stupid way to do business. My guess is they do this so they can then sell your info.

I love this store! I’ve been shopping here for years. On Saturday, my young son wanted to re-conceptualise his lower bunk bedding with an ocean theme. The lovely staff suggested a gorgeous bluey green oceany duvet with sand coloured shams and fitted sheet. The bonus was Barry the Bear - a weighty bed animal who adds cuddly whimsy. Big thank you to the sales associates for their creativity and enthusiasm. Great customer service and quality! Highly recommend.

I always appreciate the level of product knowledge at this store- pretty much every staff member can tell you the price, drawbacks, benefits and origin story of nearly every item for sale.
I’m a hot sleeper- I gave staff my budget, preferences, and mentioned I didn’t have a lot of time to shop… they had me checking out in 10 mins flat and didn’t go over my set budget. No complaints about the duvet or sheets I bought, for the price they’ve been well worth it. So much better than the cheap sets I used to buy (and have to replace year after year).

I have to say that my experience at this store today was phenomenal. Every member of the staff were excellent, they managed each customer well and went out of their way to assist me in finding a colour item I wanted. They also were kind and courteous to customers with special needs and or disabilities at the same time. They managed the traffic well as per covid regulations and made the shopping experience memorable and fun. Absolutely fantastic team today.

Love the deals section in this store. I feel like they always have enough sales to be able to find what you're looking for on sale. I got myself a "sample " what feels to be silk pillowcase for five dollars just now. I feel like this store always provides exceptional customer service in regards to how well their staff are trained in knowledge of the products/care etc. These hardworking staff deserve an office or something to provide customer service via phone while customers can shop in the store

I have always had the best of service at this store. The Associates never rush the customer or impose their opinions, but are always ready to give good advice when asked. The store is well laid out, the products are nicely displayed. Excellent quality, and very up-to-date with colors and fabric designs. I have had very good service when shopping on-line too.

Got two pillows and an amazing towel.
